🔆 Entire 1 bedroom Suite w/ large yard, 🐶 welcome

Private suite with kitchenette, living area, full bathroom, and large fenced yard with patio. 4K TV with Netflix. We welcome dogs and they love our half-acre fully fenced yard! (Our space is a basement suite so you may hear occasional sounds from above).

Ideal cul-de-sac location close to shops and restaurants, and <2 minutes to the freeway. Less than 10 minutes to Hill Airforce Base and Lagoon. Less than 30 min to Snow Basin Ski Resort and other Utah resorts. 20 min to downtown Salt Lake CIty and 25 min to SLC Airport.

A fantastic find for traveling with furry friends

I had a great stay here! I got near instantaneous replys to any questions I had and the check in was super easy. My favorite part is the huge, fully-fenced backyard. My 2 dogs absolutely loved getting to run around after being in the car all day. Everything was nice and clean, and it was a great place to rest for the night. Would definitely recommend!

Quaint and our Favorite

Had a great stay here, been here once before. It is quiet and out of the way. We like being in a mother-in-law attachment because it just seems to add another level of security. Hotels are sketchy. The backyard is perfect for kiddos and pets. Not to mention, this is the only place that was affordable for folk like us.

We were provided with everything we needed for a basic weekend. Our stay was satisfactory and fun. This is not a fancy or luxurious place, but it was everything we needed for a short weekend trip out of town. We would stay here again.

Basement location, was good. We ended up having to use our own pillows and blankets as the pull-out bed had very flat pillows and only a sheet and light blanket. Close to the lagoon and easy to get to! We would stay again.

Basement Apartment

Everything was as stated. The only slight negative was that there was a lot of sound from upstairs. We enjoyed our time there and our hostess was very quick yo respond to our message.

It was okay

It was fairly nice. Bring your own hand towels and washclothes. There was supposed to be instructions for the microwave and air fryer, but I couldn't find them. Be careful with the faucet in the bathroom. It can spray all over if turned on too high. Overall, it was comfortable and I was able to bring my cat.

Dog friendly

Functional place in a quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly with a nice, big fenced yard. Worked fine for one night on our way through Utah. Wouldn’t necessarily stay multiple nights if on a vacation in town.
