This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. There was a Starbucks in the building but they just moved out. Its actually a bit quieter as a result although you could never hear anything from their store - just the foot traffic, deliveries and trash service they generated. There is still an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to skip the $40 entrance fee AND avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. The review scores with the previous owners were 5 out of 5 and since we have taken over this unit are are 5 out of 5 as well. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated.

Book for 7 nights and you pay for 6. I have set weekly rates that reflect one free night for the upcoming months. However, if you are looking to book farther out than this calendar year the weekly discount may not be included in a quote you are seeing. Just ask and I can adjust the pricing and send you a quote that will reflect the discount. Also please review calendar for openings that you could fill in and I can waive the three night minimum but you will have to submit an inquiry instead of booking instantly.
