This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. There is a Starbucks, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with free shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. You will enjoy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means your car can sit for days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. The review scores with the previous owners were 5 out of 5 and since we have taken over this unit are are 5 out of 5 as well. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated.

NEW CONDO UNITS #6 and #7 IN SAME BUILDING! We have recently acquired a second. and third unit in this same building that are available as vacation rentals as well. Twin Owls view #6 is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath downtown loft style unit that will sleep 6. This condo will has brand new first class furnishings and be similar to unit #12. The balcony in this case overlooks Elkhorn Ave which is great for people watching! The Art Loft #7 has a selection of stunning local art in a super cozy condo. If you are looking for accommodations for more than 6 people we could accommodate you in two or even all three units or if unit 12 is booked call us about reserving #6 or #7 which are also listed on VRBO as #553464 and #915621. We love traveling and have used VRBO to find accommodations many times in both the US and oversees. The convenience of condos, the amenities and pride of ownership with VRBO owners makes the experience in my opinion far better than hotels. We have also enjoyed just getting to know the people we have rented from and look forward to meeting our guests as well. Estes Park is a beautiful town in the most beautiful state in this fine country. If you come stay here you will get a chance to see that for yourself.

Why Andy chose Front Range

This property has many appealing features. We loved this very spacious, very comfortable condo based on our initial visit. I then reviewed the rental history and online reviews and read nothing but positive comments and many return visitors. After also realizing the convenience the downtown location offers and the uniqueness of this property it was an easy decision that this was the only property we were interested in acquiring.

What makes this condo unique

Location, size and finish. The large, open condo is beautifully designed and has been very well maintained. The condo has vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the natural sun abundant in Colorado. The location is unrivaled and the finish in this unit from the rock surround fireplace, to the very nice kitchen appliances and design to the large luxurious bathroom this unit has it all.

Do you like shopping? The location in downtown makes taking advantage of all Estes Park has to offer and no parking hassles or need to fight traffic. You come and go as you please and all shops are within walking distance. You like dining out? Many of Estes Parks finest restaurants are within a block or two of the condo and all an easy walk. Like the outdoors? Visit to Rocky Mountain National Park via the free visitor shuttles which is only a short walk from the condo. Lake Estes via the riverwalk is literally right outside the door. This location brings the shopping, dining and great outdoors all together in one luxurious location. We think you will like the convenience of leaving your car parked once you get here.

Rocky Mountain National Park is a must see attraction for any visitor to Estes Park. The hiking, fishing, and sight seeing are not be missed. Summers in Estes are a perfect getaway from the heat. The Fall is a great time to visit Estes Park. The trees turning, elk bugling and amazing weather make Sept and Oct ideal. Estes Park is a very charming mountain village conveniently located near the front range cities of Ft Collins, Loveland, Boulder and Denver without the hassles of driving in all the traffic of I-70. The downtown location of this condo makes it easy to walk around town. You wont find a more convenient location or a more relaxing way to vacation.

  • Living Room comes with a very comfortable pull out queen size sofa sleeper. I know sofa sleepers and comfort rarely if ever go together. This one appears to be the exception.

Worth the stay!

We visit Estes Park every year and we enjoy the condos along the river. Once we park you are close to many restaurants and shopping. All in walking distance. This condo was one of our favorites with a window view of the mountains and river front. We arrived in Estes one day early and Andy was able to work us in early at the last minute. This was so appreciated. We are planning our next trip and this condo will be our place to stay.

Great condo!

The condo is in a great location. Really enjoyed the deck over looking the river and the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. The inside of the condo is really new and clean. My daughter left a pair of shorts in the condo and Andy mailed them back to me which is really going above and beyond. And I appreciate his effort as I realize that can be a hassle. Would definitely recommend this condo over any of the other options in Estes Park.

Great spot in Estes Park!!

This was our second stay at this property and we had a great stay, again! The condo was super clean and comfortable and we all had our own space to relax (2 adults and 3 kids). We loved the sounds of the river just outside our windows and the close proximity to shops and restaurants in Estes!

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!

This stay was everything we had hoped for.

We vacation in Estes Park frequently - this was our fifth stay. We know the area very well, which is why the location of this property appealed to us. This second-floor unit is located next to the Big Thompson river, with a small deck overlooking it. It's less than a two minute walk from two of our favorite restaurants in town, Poppy's and Ed's Cantina.

There is a loading zone immediately in front of the property, which makes for very easy move-in and move-out with suitcases. Parking is right across the street, and this property makes a parking pass available for free.

Working with the owner, Andy, is simple and very professional. Andy has provided a three-ring binder in the unit that anticipates your questions, but he is also super-fast at responding to emailed questions or questions entered through the VRBO app. He even messaged us mid-week just to confirm everything was going well!

The unit is clean, has a very nice layout, feels very roomy and we instantly felt comfortable and at home being there. It includes a washer and dryer, which allowed us to pack less clothes for the trip. At night, we left the slider door open to hear the river - very peaceful.

Excellent place, excellent owner, perfect location. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful condo & location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Andy's condo. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the high ceiling in the living room and the location - not only with a view of the river, but also right downtown Estes Park. We traveled with two young kids and being able to walk to restaurants and shops made things very easy. In terms of things to do, I highly recommend horseback riding from the Morraine Stables in RMNP. We had a wonderful 2-hour ride with the kids and they allowed my 3 yo son to ride with me (other places didn't allow two people on a horse). You won't regret staying at this condo!
