Renovated Carriage House with an open concept throughout. This Lake Cottage is great for entertaining or for a quiet getaway! The French doors add character and natural light to brighten up the space. Custom kitchen complete with Farm House sink and stainless appliances including a dishwasher and washer dryer. Cozy living & entertainment area with Vermont Casting Gas Fireplace to keep you warm during the cold months. Spacious Master Bedroom complete with Fireplace and a King Sleigh Bed & a Master Bathroom with Double Vanity and custom tile work. Book now for a romantic Spring getaway or a week in the summer to enjoy the lake for swimming, boating, fishing or just relaxing! Lake Access is just steps on a short pathway along side the Main Lakehouse and leads to a private stairs and dock. Only minutes from the historic village of Skaneateles and a short drive to enjoy all that the finger lakes region has to offer!

*Please note our lake cottage is not directly on the lake but does have private lake access. We also do not provide propane for the grill.

We had a great stay overall. The place was very cute, clean, and comfortable, and it worked perfectly for our quick family trip. The lake setting was beautiful and relaxing.The only minor issues we experienced were low water pressure and that the hot water wasn’t working the morning we left, so everyone ended up taking cold showers before the long drive home. Since the property is on the lake, the water pressure may just come with the location.Other than that, we really enjoyed the property and appreciated how clean and welcoming everything was.

Comfortable, beautiful, easy! Comfortable bed, very clean. Easy to find. Most of the pans in the kitchen are scratched Teflon, which is dangerous (PFAS), so I hope they replace them with something nontoxic. Overall though, great, would stay again!

We had a very nice stay! We were under 10 mins from downtown skaneatlas and it was awesome this place allowed dogs so we had our pooch launch of the lake deck playing fetch the whole weekend.

Great Get-A-Way

We spent a week at the cottage during winter months and it was still lovely. It’s a short walk to the lake and short drive to the town. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable just what we needed for a winter escape/getaway.
