Nestled in Cruz Bay, this delightful 3800 square feet house is the perfect getaway for guests seeking an amazing views and quaint retreat on the island of St John. Our location is conveniently located about 1.5 miles to the town of Cruz bay. There are four en-suite king bedrooms plus a half bath. An entire house including the covered deck and a private swimming pool are on one floor. It’s one of the unique feature on St John as the island is hilly and many houses are built terraced down hill with different levels. There are Smart TVs in each suite, living room and the kitchen.
The sparkling tile pool comes with a three tiers waterfall for your relaxation after a long day at the beach. The BBQ island has a stove cook top, a griddle, a grill and a sink to prepare your outdoor meal. The property is professional landscaped to complete your paradise visit. AN ENTIRE HOUSE POWER BACK UP BY GENERATOR in case of any power outage on the island which happens often. Seascape Villa is one of the kind property on St John is awaiting for you to enjoy during your visit to the island.

We had an outstanding stay at Seascape. Beautiful Property. Meticulously landscaped with exceptional views of Saint Thomas and all the smaller islands and keys. Nightly sunset views from basically anywhere in the villa. Very Secure location and private. The pool and patio area feel like a private oasis. The Villa is equipped with everything possible, including beach and snorkel gear, coolers, etc and the kitchen is fully loaded, which made our life very easy not to mention every room was spacious. We have stayed on STJ many times and this will be our new go-to Villa. We loved the furniture and decor. Everything was spotless and super clean. Tara was easy to deal with and made us feel at home. Thanks again for a great stay!
