Recently Updated Beautiful Villa Directly on the Fazio Golf Course!

This beautiful villa is located on the George Fazio Golf Course is just a few minutes walk to the beach! This villa was recently updated with new flooring, improved lighting, addition of a new office at the end of the kitchen and an expanded deck!

The first floor consists of the kitchen, laundry, dining and living areas. You will have a private deck with another dining area overlooking the Golf Course!

The Primary bedroom has a King bed with an additional Daybed and features an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and tiled shower. The first Guest bedroom has a King Bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination as well.

The second Guest bedroom has two Queen Beds and its own bathroom as well. This home is perfect for one or two families, being walking distance to the George Fazio Golf Course, General Store and Beach!

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Reviewer Comments: Great from start to finish,we were lucky enough to have great weather,but even still everything was great> The Renatal was clean ,and perfectly appointed. The Deck overlooking the golf course was amazing,the courses we played (fazio and Robert trent jones) were in excellent condition and pace of play was great as well.I would highly recommend Palmetto Dunes!

We had a problem with the shower not working in the downstairs bathroom. We called and within 30 minutes someone was there to fix it. Not sure if we would rent this particular home again, not because of dissatisfaction but would prefer an ocean view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was good with the exception of a very bad experience with Arthur Hills Golf Course. On our last day, May 10, we had an afternoon tee time and the GPS on our golf cart went wacko on about the 13th hole and would not allow us to move carts forward. We are seniors and cannot carry our own bags so we literally had to play the last 4 or 5 holes with the carts in slow reverse. Upon reaching the clubhouse, it was closed due to computer software issues. For the price we paid to play, It seams that the GPS should have be shut of and A pro Shop representative should have been sent out on the course to advise a solution. VERI DISSATISFIED!

It’s been recently upgraded and it’s lovely. The owners have been great to deal with and the resort staff have been top notch. We plan to be back every winter and this will hopefully continue to be our winter home.

Wonderful location

This villa has a wonderful location for a family, just steps to the pool and general store for ice cream, bike rentals. Beach access is walkable but we drove because we had lots to carry. Golf course view was beautiful and quiet! The villa was very well appointed with everything you'd need. There was a small maintenance issue with a bit of flooring but it did not impact our stay or enjoyment at all. We'd love to stay here again!

Maintenance required

Spent too much time with management regarding broken shower doors and other issues in another bathroom at this property. A deep clean is recommend at the back door area for trash removal and pool bathrooms were a mess.
