'Feel-good beach house' directly behind the dunes, whirlpool, sauna, wireless internet

'Dune Flower 212'. Our beautiful beach house stands in the beach park Baabe, directly behind the dunes, only about 70 meters from the beach. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 € per kWh) and water (6.50 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bath and bed linen can be ordered upon request.
150,00 EUR Rental deposit is to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200,00 EUR is due.
A pet is bookable. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

We have lovingly and comfortably furnished our house. In the summer you can have breakfast on the terrace, in winter you have a beautiful view of the snowy landscape from the bright, light-flooded gallery. In summer as well as in winter, our wellness bath is an experience. From the sauna, directly into the Baltic Sea, then in our whirlpool and to end a good cup of tea or a glass of red wine in front of the fireplace. Relax from the stress and hectic pace of everyday life.
The luxury of our 'dune flower' is available to you in full!

Störtebeker Festival: Experience the adventures of the legendary pirate Klaus Störtebeker on the unique nature stage Ralswiek. A play with over 120 contributors, 4 ships, 30 horses, special effects and much more. Every evening you will see fireworks over the "Großer Jasmunder Bodden", which will make your visit to the island of Rügen an unforgettable experience. We will gladly get you tickets. Prices between 17, - € and 26, - € per person.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

Top Haus, top Lage, top Service. Nur der Whirlpool hatte dezente Probleme und war sehr laut. Daher ein Stern weniger. Ansonsten echt empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten hatten ordentliche Matratzen. Von den oberen Zimmern konnte man über die Dünen die Aussicht auf die Ostsee genießen. An einigen Stellen im Haus müsste mal wieder renoviert werden. Sonst haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen, vorallem die Nähe zum Strand.

Komfortables Haus in Strandnähe in einem Ferienhauspark. Abstand zu den Nachbarn okay. Häuser ziemlich hellhörig. Alle Doppelbetten mit Einzelmatratzen (2x80) - könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, war tür uns das größte Problem (Schlafqualität). Schön die Strandnähe, Sauna & Co.Steile Treppe von den oberen Schlafzimmern - für kleine Kinder und Schlafwandler nicht ungefährlich. Küchenausstattung gut.

Wunderschöne Anlage, tolles Ferienhaus

Ein geräumiges gut aufgebautes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage. Bei Ankunft sauber und geputzt-alles wie in Beschreibung genannt! Eine etwas passendere Beschreibung zum zusätzlichen 2.Parkplatz ist dringend nötig! Der Hausmeister sollte Defekte beheben!!!

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus war auch für unsere 86 Jährige gut erreichbar. 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im EG war perfekt. Über die Ausstattung und ausreichend Feuerholz haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Zum Spazieren gehen oder Radfahren hat man genug Möglichkeiten.Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Umgebung top,kurze wege zum Strand und in den Wald. Gute Ausstattung im Ferienhaus,alkerdings müssten die Matratzen mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kpmmmen wieder

Auszeit

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und nahe an der Ostsee. Diese kann man von dem Balkon aus sehen. Man kann sehr gut vom Objekt Strandwanderungen machen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war leider stellenweise nur Oberflächlich ( Geschirr ). Zusätzlich hatten wir das Haus für 7 Erwachsene gebucht und nur 5 Stühle gehabt. Defekter Stuhl vorm Haus. Defekter Föhn im oberen Bad. Uns hat das verlängerte Wochenende sehr gut gefallen. Abends haben wir den Kamin angemacht und das kühle Wetter draußen gelassen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir sind mit der ganzen Familie verreist (3 Generationen) und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist super gelegen, direkt hinter der Promenade, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, sehr ruhig, am Wald. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Der perfekte Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Ruhige Wohlfühloase

Wir haben den Urlaub mit 3 Generationen in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt an der Strand-Promenade und in der Nähe eines schönes Waldes, sehr ruhig gelegen.

Wir sind jedes Jahr in Baabe. Aber dieses Haus war bis jetztvtatsächluch das beste. Leider ist es nächstes Jahr zu unserer Reisezeit schon ausgebucht.

Wunderschön aber kleine Mängel wurden nicht behoben

Das Haus liegt wunderschön. Leider wurden kleine Mängel (2 Birnen und kaputte Tür) trotz Zusage nicht repariert. Haus ist eigentlich für 6 Personen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen und 2 Hunden da. Wir waren schon 13 mal in Baabe. Kommen immer wieder gerne in verschiedene Unterkünfte. Wegen nicht Erledigung der zugesagten Arbeiten nur 4 Sterne.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage mit ein paar Ärgernissen

Lage top, super Wetter, ein paar Dinge am Haus gehören allerdings instandgesetzt! Zudem wurde in dem Haus leider geraucht. Auch nach 6 Tagen 24h Dauerlüften immer noch zu riechen. Auch die Bettwäsche riecht nach Rauch. Schade! Ums Haus herum am Eingang und auch der Terrasse liegen überall Zigarettenstummel verteilt. Das Eisfach des Kühlschrankes war nicht geleert und dreckig. Das Licht im Kühlschrank ohne Funktion. Der Abfluss des Whirlpools auch ohne Funktion, sowie die Beleuchtung des Spiegelschrankes im oberen Bad! Auch die Nachttischlampen oben in beiden Schalfzimmern jeweils die Linke ohne Funktion. Im unteren Schlafzimmer hängen Stromkabel aus der Wand. An einem Stuhl im Esszimmer fehlt unten eine Strebe. Der Sessel im Wohnzimmer sowie die Couch ist beginnend abgewetzt. Der Abtreter vor der Haustüre liegt in Stücken zerfetzt vor dem Podest im Sand,…

Wir fahren schon seit einigen Jahren in die Dünenblume. Nach dem das Haus nach einiger Zeit in die Jahre kam, hatten wir Kontakt zu den Eigentümern aufgenommen. Das wunderschöne Haus wurde innerhalb kürzester zeit im April komplett renoviert. Wir sind begeistert und haben auch schon wieder 2 mal Gebucht. Die lage ist grandios.
