Unfortunately, the guests did not leave the home in an acceptable condition. The space required extensive cleaning beyond normal use, and several house rules were not followed. Communication was fine, but I would not host again.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly living. It’s a quiet and safe community, yet just minutes away from major freeways (I-10 & 99), making it easy to get around Houston. We love being so close to Katy Asian Town, Katy Mills Mall, and plenty of great restaurants and shopping. For families, the waterpark, parks, and entertainment options nearby are a big plus. What we enjoy most is that guests can relax in a peaceful setting while still having everything they need just a short drive away.
