House is in amazing location and you can walk right to great hikes. We had 4 kids and 2 adults and the house fit us easily. House is also very close to stores and small towns.
Great getaway with my daughter and son in law! Everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing weekend! Close to Page Springs Cellers and hiking, along with a hot tub soak to wind down. Recommend this highly!
Great location, beautiful views and very spacious. Many thoughtful amenities and we really enjoyed our stay, but read the description because our questions went unanswered in app. We were only traveling as a family of 3, but this could have easily accommodated 6 without anyone feeling cramped. We had planned on eating out but ended up cooking all of our meals in because of how comfortable we were. Would definitely stay again.
This is an awesome house in a great location, minutes from whole foods and from great trails. Nice neighborhood than some of the others in West Sedona, houses are further apart and good views. This house also has lots of amazing and peaceful spaces, including a waterfall in the front, a pond and artifical stream on the side of the house, and the hot tub in the back. Front patio is lovely and shaded in the afternoons, with beautiful views. Would def come back and stay here again.
My reservation was cancelled last min on the day of arrival by the host, told us the place was double booked. This was very disruptive to our family trip especially on a Christmas Eve.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
The house was okay, felt a little dirty (rugs in main bathroom were very wet and we had to move outside to dry, hair in shower drain from last renter, fridge and freezer were dirty, floors were sticky). We had to purchase our own garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. I reached out to host to ask about coffee pot but didn’t get response back.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations. When we arrived, the house had a strong musty odor. Several of the towels were damp and smelled unpleasant, and many were mismatched. The owner suggested they may have been folded while still damp from the dryer, which likely caused the smell. The home also did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator had visible stains and had not been properly cleaned out, and some of the utensils looked dirty. Because of this, we ended up purchasing plastic utensils to use during our stay. The lighting throughout the house was very limited, making the space feel quite dark. Even the dining table chandelier had two of the three bulbs burned out. Additionally, one member of our group experienced severe allergy symptoms while staying in the home and ended up leaving a day early. We kept the windows and doors open much of the time to try to air the house out, closing them only when it became too cold.To the owner’s credit, they did offer to send someone to check on the issues after we reported them. However, since we were only in Sedona for three days and were out exploring most of the time, we were not comfortable having someone enter the home while our belongings were there, nor did we want to cut our plans short to be present.Overall, the property would benefit from a deeper cleaning, properly dried linens, and better attention to basic maintenance. Based on our experience, we would not.
Beautiful house and garden areas! Nice quiet location, short drive to downtown Sedona for Restaurants and shopping. The layout of the house is very nice, kitchen nicely equipped. We enjoyed a 3 generation getaway here! I would definitely consider staying here again.
