Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave garage remote in same welcome box where you first receive it.
Please leave garage door closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garage door must remain closed at all times when not in usage.
Respect pool hours; Pool can be used between 7am-10pm.
If you use the George Foreman Grill we have in front of our home, please ensure to clean up the grill after use. $10 cleaning fee if left unclean.

Very nice property. Everything was spick and span clean. Kitchen was great. It was really nice to have garage access.The fourth “bedroom” is actually the living room with a futon, not very private, but the other three rooms are nice.

Perfect home. I will be staying here again when I come back to McAllen.The location is close to the mall, and many nearby restaurants, as well as the only Costco and Top Golf in the valley (less then 3 mins from the home).Joann was super helpful and friendly, always responsive. She gave me clear instructions how to checkin.The pool is next to the home, so that makes the ambience of the home even more comfortable and lovely.5/5 stay, everything great

We were in the Valley for my birthday and had an amazing time. Joanne made everything so simple. She was always so attentive and texted right away with any questions. The condo is Beautiful in a very nice neighborhood and I would Highly recommend staying here. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Everything was okay. There was not enough room for everyone to watch tv together or eat together. Having to go up and down the stairs to shower was an inconvenience especially for my parents. The grill was dirty and broken, chairs inside were broken and wobbled, can opener didn’t work, and the shower kept flooding. Other than a few things, this place is great for family vacation.

Easy to access and right where you want to be

The location has great access to anything you might need in McAllen. The ease of check in was great and the property manager remained available to me and checked in on my needs during the stay. Great place!

Awesome property!

Everything was perfect, Joann and PJ were on top of everything. After a long day the pool area was amazing to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again, recommend this property.

Hi, my name is Joana, and I'm originally from Baytown, TX, but have spent most of my life in McAllen, TX. A few things about me, I am a nurse here in the valley, and recently I've been assigned as a traveling nurse going to different parts of Texas, as well as the U.S. I've been a successful host on multiple short term rental platforms, but what I like most about VRBO / Homeaway is the communication and trust the platform provides for both hosts and guests.

What is unique about my home is its amenities (pool, cable, laundry, office), location (nearby the expressway, stores), and my home's overall function to comfortably accommodate small groups (1-3 people), as well as large groups (4-9 people).

We try to reasonably price our home where it's both affordable for small groups and large groups.

Whether you are in town to work, visit family, or something in between, our home will make you comfortable and give you peace of mind to enjoy your stay in McAllen.

What makes this property unique

One of the biggest unique benefits that previous guests always mention is having the pool right next to our condo. You can view the pool from the dining room, and it's a few steps from the entrance of the home. So you can cook inside the kitchen or on the BBQ grill outside, and still use the pool at the same time if needed.
