convenient location to get to work

Fotos shown are correct.. very spacious....comfortable, good shower pressure.... since we had our 2 dogs with us, this worked out great.

Great stay

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. It felt like home from far away. PJ & Joana were also real nice and attentive. We will definitely be back when we’re back in the area!

Easy to access and right where you want to be

The location has great access to anything you might need in McAllen. The ease of check in was great and the property manager remained available to me and checked in on my needs during the stay. Great place!

Awesome property!

Everything was perfect, Joann and PJ were on top of everything. After a long day the pool area was amazing to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again, recommend this property.

This was my 2nd stay here. I was able to check-in earlier than expected. Location is perfect for everywhere I needed to go. I definitely recommend this rental & the host Joana!

Spectacular Stay!!!

JoAnne was such an awesome host! Initially, due to my mistake, we had a small issue gaining access to the development, but JoAnne was so super responsive it was incredible. Vacation with family

Host made us feel right at home. We pretty much had all the essential needed for our first night there. Host was very quick to reply back with answers to my questions. Loved that the pool was right outside. Place was pretty peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had to make a last minute change to this VRBO and the manager/host was so helpful. The house was clean, all little kitchen appliances were there making it easy to do quick meals. Just wish pool could be heated. We were there mid March. Has a garage to park in which we really liked. Overall, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Convenient location. Neighborhood secure and quite. Can upgrade the dinner table and stools. Can use a deep detail cleaning.

Fabulous! Clean! Wonderful!

Such a fabulous townhouse! Literally RIGHT NEXT to the pool! It was like having our own private pool! The house is very very clean, beds sooo comfortable! Linens were very nice and clean! Having an extra bathroom downstairs made this place such a delight for our pool goers! Garage access to the house in a gated community was such a sense of security. Fabulous neighbors and the house is exactly as described. Hosts were WONDERFUL to work with and beyond accommodating when we needed an extra day! We will stay here again and highly recommend! Also sooo close to everything you could need!

Fantastic Place!

My wife and I stayed here for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Whenever we had a question, Joana was quick to respond. When we needed a power cord for the computer, her son promptly delivered it. The location was close to a golf course, community centers, movie theatre, restaurants and other attractions. We felt safe and comfortable during our entire stay. Thank You, Joana and P.J.!

Short vacation

Location was good once we figured out the entry. Small for our stay, not enough sitting area. Way too small TV room. Overall good for a 3day stay, but could not do it for longer. Dining area way too small as well. But great for a small family but not a big one.

Hi, my name is Joana, and I'm originally from Baytown, TX, but have spent most of my life in McAllen, TX. A few things about me, I am a nurse here in the valley, and recently I've been assigned as a traveling nurse going to different parts of Texas, as well as the U.S. I've been a successful host on multiple short term rental platforms, but what I like most about VRBO / Homeaway is the communication and trust the platform provides for both hosts and guests.

One of the biggest unique benefits that previous guests always mention is having the pool right next to our condo. You can view the pool from the dining room, and it's a few steps from the entrance of the home. So you can cook inside the kitchen or on the BBQ grill outside, and still use the pool at the same time if needed.
