Esta propiedad vacacional de 3 dormitorios está ubicada en el centro del distrito de Santa Cruz, bordeando el Parque Nacional Arikok, a solo 5 minutos de la atracción más visitada de Aruba ... ¡la piscina Natural! Esta propiedad se encuentra en un tranquilo barrio residencial y es una escapada perfecta para los amantes de la naturaleza y aquellos que buscan la tranquilidad de la isla. Está cerca de todo lo que Aruba tiene para ofrecer al estar lejos de la zona turística llena de gente. Limita con el Parque Nacional Arikok, que ofrece grandes oportunidades de senderismo. Para los más aventureros, la piscina natural está a solo 5 kilómetros de distancia, pero solo se puede acceder en 4 ruedas. La playa más cercana es Mangel Halto, a unos 9 minutos en coche (6 KM) y es una hermosa playa menos concurrida, visitada principalmente por los lugareños. Los más concurridos de Eagle y Palm Beach están a 14 KM y a 20 minutos en automóvil.

Hay tres habitaciones separadas y dos baños. Una gran sala de estar y una amplia cocina totalmente equipada. También hay un montón de espacio al aire libre para disfrutar de un entorno relajante. Mantenemos una casa limpia y ofrecemos servicios como WIFI, unidades de aire acondicionado en cada habitación, TV por cable, lavaplatos, área de lavado y mucho más (consulte la pestaña Servicios). La cocina se suministra con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Y para sus noches de descanso en la cocina, ofrecemos una excelente alternativa, la mejor choza de pizzas de la isla está a solo 3 minutos (en automóvil) de donde se hospeda.

En definitiva, una forma agradable y asequible (para las familias) de disfrutar de Aruba y experimentar la vida en la isla y cómo viven los locales. Si está acostumbrado a vacacionar, es probable que esta propiedad no sea adecuada para usted.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much. Shana had great communication and resolved a minor issue very quickly. The house was spacious and clean, and nicely decorated. Neighborhood was quiet. Definitely need a car as it is not near the main hotel district. We also liked the local pizza place nearby. Thank you for a fun time!

A home in the country

A beautiful home in a quite neighborhood. Have to have a car rental. Driving is easy but will take 20 to 40 minutes to get where you may want to visit. Beaches and restaurants and wonderful. Roosters and dogs are part of the local charm. Neighbors are friendly and can be helpful if needed. I can say many good things about our 11 night stay. Bob

Nightmare! Stay Away

This property is filthy and in desperate need of ,maintenance. The front steps washed away, The kitchen is too filthy to cook in, the basic necessities of a microwave and coffee maker are missing, and the refrigerator is a science project! The living areas are unbearably hot. You cannot open the windows as they go to ground level and there are stray animals because there is no fence. The front entry is hazardous with no lights, no railings, mud everywhere, and a single 2 foot high step to climb up! Lastly there are live bugs in our linens...the video says it best! This place is not fit for guests! The unscrupulous owner offer a full refund if we moved out on Xmas day. We moved out and now the owner is refusing to refund our stay as promised ! I reported the owner to the local police, who directed me to the Court office. I filed a court suit to get my refund, however the owner does not live in Aruba but in the Netherlands, so I am still waiting 6 months later for the court to intervene. VRBO was useless and would not get involved despite having accepted my full payment. This entire process is a scam!

My wife and i loved our stay at there home it was clean, affordable,no hassle,and about a 15 minute drive to the main beaches. Where we enjoyed snorkeling, cruses, scuba, sunset dinners at several pier restaurants,soaking up the sun, and beach walks. Aruba was one of the most beautiful places i have ever been to, it was the perfect time and place for our 23rd anniversary. My wife and I would like to thank Shana for having us and would definitely stay there again if we return. LOVED IT ALL......

Fabulous huge beautiful remote home

We had the best girls trip. The homeowner even left a cake for my friend's 40th bday when we arrived. The home is just like the pictures except larger than you think. Great communication with homeowner for any issues or questions that may arise. Beach towels came in handy for all the beach days. The in house laundry was a plus. Full kitchen saves lots of money from eating out the whole time. The neighborhood is remote yet easy to get anywhere within 20 min or so. I would recommend staying here anytime in Aruba a very affordable way to enjoy the island without spending tons of $ and amenities not available in resorts/hotels. 2 showers and huge tub were great after long days in the sun. Air conditioners in every room worked great and able to set temps and speed for comfort. I would absolutely stay here next time I visit Aruba. Thanks Shana & Eugene for everything we truly had a great time and Love Aruba.

Spacious, beautiful home on one happy island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is clean, and they provide towels for the beach, as well as plenty of towels for the home. It had more space than we could want, or need for our family of 5. It is located toward the middle/southern part of the Island, but easily accessible to everywhere we needed to go. One of the few things I would change is that there is a rooster next door that likes to get you up to enjoy the day - a bit earlier than we would have chosen! Everyone else is on "Island time" on this one happy Island! The only amenity that I would have enjoyed is a microwave - but they had everything else. The mattress in the master bedroom was amazingly comfortable. Like the best mattress I have slept on in years - including the one we own. The only other thing that we were not aware of is that there was no hot water - so the showers were lukewarm - a bit cool when we first showered, but refreshing by the time we had been there for a day! We were very thankful to have found this home. It is very affordable for those who want the space and amenities of a home - and it allowed us to put more money toward excursions on the Island. It is 5 minutes from gas, fast food, grocery store, and an amazing pizza place - the best pizza (and gluten free chicken satay's) on the Island.

A great house in a remote - but not too remote location.

This is a great, modern house in the Utakara neighborhood, about six kilometers from the airport. The kitchen is very spacious and the bedrooms are big. There is an outdoor patio with gas grill. A grocery store is only two km away. It is only five km from the start of the trail to the Natural Pool, an awesome three km hike, best done as the sun rises. It is only 15 km to Eagle Beach with miles of pure white sand. Neighbors are very friendly. Be sure to eat at Best Pizza in Utakara Center, only 900 meters from the house.
