Great Daytona location!

Perfect spot within walking distance to all the sites and a balcony view of all the bikes coming in! Also, being right on the beach, all of the extra touches like chairs, towels and an umbrella were there for a great vacation.

Good: location is close to everything. Pool area is new and very nice. Plenty of garage parking. Host was great & responsive. Unit was very nice, clean and spacious. Bad: huge patio but no view. unit needs a new toilet. building has no water pressure.

It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We were disappointed that the beach chairs were un usable and rusty. I would have brought my own if i had known. The bed was very comfortable and the couch was nice to relax on. The water pressure was awful but im guessing that was due to the age of the building. Id stay here again if we needed a last minute place.

Perfect for our race weekend.

Building is old and pool will need rebuild after hurricanes. Unit was good for our stay but trash trucks early in AM was biggest negative . Host was awesome to work with and we would stay again. Hard rock hotel 2 buildings away for restaurant and 15 mins to Daytona speedway.

Kind of crummy. Very run down building. Pretty creepy. Nice condo though.

Building was very decrepit and run down. Elevator was shoddy with flickering lights. Felt like the movie the shining. Once I got to the room it was ok. Couldn't sleep at all be cause of how thin the walls are. Could hear every single noise on the street and in other condos. This unit is right by the street. AC doesn't work well at all. Even though you pay a significant cleaning fee, you still have to strip your own linens and take the garbage out. It served its purpose in a pinch but i would NEVER stay here again. Be warned.

we loved this apartment it was very cleaned very nice place we felt it was safe for our children because after 10pm its locked you cant get in with a key with security guards with camera's it was very nice place to stay at.

we loved booking with evolve and will be booking again through them this place was at a 3star hotel but it was a 5 star to us the host was very nice and friend she left us wine and our children snacks their pool was heated and very cleaned and nice to swim in we will book this apartment again!

The entire place was immaculate. The bed was firm enough fir me and my husband. Enjoyed the kitchenette. Would consider staying here again if we plan on another Turkey Run trip.

Our first impression of room 318 was a good one. It was clean and very well decorated. There was a thoughtful welcome gift at the tall bar table. A nice decorative sign on the wall described at all. “Welcome to our home away from home“. The bed Was very comfortable and the owners were even thoughtful enough to leave beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely recommend this room. Annette

Motorcycle parks in handicap spot ,sister is handicap!!!!;tv wouldn't come on and when did everything said pay for .reported it never heard from anyone.. no bowls in kitchen to mix anything in ..laundry room is a joke have to use credit card ... Really don't no how it even earned a 3 star rating.

Congratulations loudest room in Daytona

Room was clean and nice...BUT couldn't hardly get any sleep. The room is close to the street so its like sleeping in the middle of the road. You heard everything that went on outside,every car or truck that went down the road. Every time the bus would stop out front you heard it beeping. The dumpster would get emptied at 5 am which is right outside the room,so you hear it banging around and the truck.. We actually left a night early cause we was so frustrated with not being able to sleep due to the noise.
