We had such an enjoyable weekend exploring Rehoboth! We loved being able to walk to the beach and downtown, and the hosts were so accommodating and lovely. We plan to come back next year!

This is the second time I've stayed at this place. It's in a great residential neighborhood and very walkable to everything. I will definitely stay here again as Rehoboth Beach is one of my favorite vacation spots!

Very nice little room in a beautiful house. We had our own private entrance and bathroom, and access to the outdoor shower and bikes. Fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and from Rehoboth Ave. Tim and Nick were wonderful hosts, very friendly and accommodating.

My partner and I had a lovely vacation and stay in this adorable studio apartment. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well had ample room and wasn’t crowded. The AC worked great and the bed/bedding was very comfortable. Everything, including the amenities, was very clean. The location is also nice as the beach and boardwalk are within walking distance. The overall price is extremely reasonable and a great option for beach goers looking for somewhere affordable and cozy. Most importantly, if you do end up booking your stay here with Tim, I encourage highly taking some time to get to know him and his partner. They are both beautiful people and excellent hosts. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience, and we hope you do too. Cheers!

Clean well-appointed room, tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, coffee maker with coffee and sweeteners , teapot and mini-fridge with waters and even a bottle of wine and a jar of home-made fig jam. Linens and bath towels were clean and fresh, also beach towels provided. Pleasant and gracious host, and effortless booking process. The property is well situated in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. would definitely stay again.

What a rare find in Rehoboth! Walking distance to both the beach and shops, yet priced less than rooms located miles away. And the room truly is charming: the owners thought of everything you might need, and their taste in at and furnishings is exquisite. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and are certain we will return many times.
