Exceptional value in Little Valley, registration number 3467, is located just outside the town limits of Estes Park, this cabin features two bedrooms (queen and double/twin bunk) with a high end sleeper sofa in the living room. The cabin sits on 4 acres of aspens and pines, with a view from the front porch deck of the Mummy Range. Close to town, yet private with a vast array of wildlife passing through the property, including elk, deer, bear, coyote, bobcat and the occasional human. The house has everything you need to enjoy a mountain respite! Estes Park Registration number 3467.

This is such an amazing getaway. The location in the mountains is lovely - we had a herd of elk come through the property one night! The bunk beds in one room were perfect for the kids. The beds were comfortable - if we ever come back Estes Park - this is where we will stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect example of a cabin, and even fit our large family comfortably. It was close to everything downtown, but far enough away to feel secluded.There was great communication if we needed anything. I almost wanted to give a poor rating on how accurate the description was because this place is “Heaven” you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful and peaceful setting! Comfortable home with beautiful views and soooo quiet. We enjoyed listening to the birds and watching the deer when we drank our morning coffee! Just minutes from most everything.

What makes this property unique

Little Valley offers exceptional views and easy access to town. The dining area in the cabin is surrounded on three sides by an old growth aspen grove. There is no better place to relax and enjoy the mountain views than our living room and front deck!
