Enjoy a fun and comfortable stay at Highland Park, just minutes from Northlake Mall, Topgolf, and Uptown Charlotte. Our fully-furnished apartments are ideal for short visits, weekend trips, or extended stays, featuring full kitchens, 9’ ceilings, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private patios or balconies. Lounge by the sparkling pool, unwind by the outdoor fire pit, or let your pup play at the pet bark park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
Once you book, we’ll ask for your email and share a secure link for you to access our screening process. Please chat with us if you have any questions!
If you’re an international applicant, we will ask for your passport for identity verification please!
