This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence built in 1933 offers a sophisticated living space. Enjoy breathtaking views of the 15-acre private lake on the outdoor pavilion, electric fireplaces, plush seating, backup generator. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances & quartz countertops. Bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with assistance railings and seating in the showers. Our highly rated Purple mattresses and adjustable bed frames provide phenomenal sleep.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
If outside grill was used please clean, turn off gas and cover once cooled. If smoking outside please dispose cigarette buds in sand filled swan and empty buds into trash bag upon departure.
If logged into TV apps please log out of your account
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE. No smoking or vaping marijuana indoors. The odor is difficult to remove… if detected a $200 fee will be incurred.
Cleaning fee paid at booking is for normal turnover cleaning; doesn’t cover cleaning vomit, blood or feces. If present a $200 fee will be incurred.

Enjoyed meeting the host. The home was welcoming especially with the festive decorations- loved the tree in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The property was set up to accommodate everyone- ramp to the front door aids in bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the fireplaces were soothing. I wish I could give this vacation rental more than 5 stars. The house was beautiful. Furnishings excellent. Beds and pillows comfy. Relaxing view. Special little touches here and there. We had a very nice Thanksgiving dinner in the awesome dining room. Love that table. I felt like a queen in that pretty canopy bed and enjoyed my reading in the bedroom chair. Hope I get to go back. Communication with hostess was excellent.

Short drive to town with a country side vibe! Beautiful birds visit our lake daily. The bright sunrises are astonishing and the moon lit lake is breathtaking.

The blue heron is conveniently located between two major interstates. You are surrounded by a beautiful private lake yet close to amenities. I take pride in being an excellent host and make sure everything goes smoothly for each guest. I must brag on the beds they really are heaven!
