The space
Set on a peaceful 0.3-acre lot, this inviting home offers a spacious fenced yard and ample parking—perfect for families, pets, and gatherings. Inside, you’ll find three serene bedrooms with queen-size beds, plus two full bathrooms. A queen-size air mattress with a headboard is also available, comfortably suited for two adults.

The bright sunroom serves as both a dining area—with seating for six—and an entertainment space featuring a pool table. The cozy living room is accented by soft lighting from ambient lamps, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

A 58-inch fully rotational smart TV anchors the shared space, allowing you to enjoy shows and movies from the dining table, pool table, or living room—wherever you’re gathered.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, and everyday essentials like sugar, salt, spices, and coffee. You’ll also find disposable plates and cups for added convenience. Fresh linens, extra sheets, pillow covers, a hairdryer, and an iron are all provided to ensure a smooth, comfortable stay.

Please note that a section of the basement has a separate entrance from the back of the house and is not accessible to guests. It is a completely private, self-contained unit with no shared access to the main home, ensuring your stay remains peaceful and undisturbed.
