Private Cottage on gated estate

Completely remodeled guest cottage on gated, private estate. Home is located just minutes from Eastport, Downtown Annapolis, and the Naval Academy. (4.7 miles to the main gate).
Home and grounds are kid friendly offering amply outside play space and a multipurpose sports court. Third bedroom of home has a full-sized crib and a twin bed. Baby gates are located in the closet for guest use.

The space
Property was totally renovated in 2020 including bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, floors, windows, and HVAC system.

Guest access
Guest have private access to the entire home and yard. There is shared access to the driveway, parking lot, and sports court.

Although the guest cottage is on the main property the hosts were very mindful of privacy and would interact only if called upon. The neighborhood is great for walking and affords easy access to Annapolis proper. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Setup

Perfect location to base out of for our Annapolis and DC trip. Highly rate the cleanliness, amenities and ease of communication with the owner. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to this area!

Granson's 1st birthday party

My husband and I and two adult daughters rented this property for 4 nights. Our son lives in Annapolis and we all came to celebrate our grandson's 1st birthday. The house was a great size and very clean. Easy to get to and conveniently located.

Cottage that lives large

It was great. The host met us when we arrived. Very friendly. The whole family was welcoming. The courage was very clean and had all that we needed. There was a great set of play equipment for our granddaughter and our hosts had as granddaughter The same age. The two of them got along great. This was one of the best VRBO experiences yet.

Wonderful Stay

Julie was a wonderful host & the property was just as described. The rooms were well appointed & the beds very comfortable. The entire house was neat & clean. The kitchen had all the cookware you could hope for, as well as a coffee maker with an assortment of coffee to choose from. The large sofa was perfect for the entire family to hang out together watching tv. The neighborhood was safe & access to the private beach was just a short walk. Communication was excellent & I would recommend this property for your stay in the Annapolis area. It's also conveniently located to the Navel Academy.

Lovely Weekend Stay

Such a lovely and peaceful home! There are three bedrooms upstairs with a hallway bathroom and the 2nd bathroom is on the ground floor with the kitchen and family area. The house is very kid friendly. I'm disgusted by all things "kids" so we hid most of what was left out. It was a thoughtful gesture for those who partake though. There is also a lovely front yard play area where we were able to relax outside on chairs once we arrived. The beds and couch were all super comfortable. We were there during a storm (Ophelia) but the house kept us safe and dry and the surrounding area was peaceful. I was worried a bit about trees falling on the house or our car since the neighborhood is so wooded, but there were no issues. We had a lovely weekend and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
