"Lone Palm House" emana il fascino del vecchio mondo spagnolo ed è stata una delle prime case costruite nel leggendario quartiere di Old Las Palmas a Palm Springs. Questa oasi nel deserto, costruita nel 1937 su un terreno di 8.700 piedi quadrati, si trova a pochi passi da Palm Canyon Drive ed è composta da una casa principale e casita indipendente.

La MAIN HOUSE con due camere da letto e due bagni comprende una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavanderia, sala da pranzo e un accogliente soggiorno con drammatico camino in pietra di fiume e travi in legno a vista. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, doccia / vasca / vasca private e un televisore a schermo piatto da 55 "e si apre sul ponte della piscina. La camera della casa principale ha un letto matrimoniale, doccia / vasca, cabina armadio e televisore a schermo piatto da 33 ".

La camera da letto, un bagno INDIPENDENTE CASITA (aggiunto alla proprietà nel 1951) ha un letto matrimoniale, doccia / vasca, cabina armadio e un ampio spazio di vita con angolo cottura e televisore a schermo piatto da 70 "montato.

La terrazza della piscina di recente costruzione offre una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne e comprende una piscina piastrellata e vasca idromassaggio, pergola (coperta, zona pranzo all'aperto), area salotto in cima alla collina e due pozzi del fuoco a gas.

Le attività vicine sono troppo numerose per essere elencate. Il carrello del centro gratuito è a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. Alla ricerca di un po 'più di "attività", attraversare la strada e raggiungere le feste in piscina presso gli hotel Riviera e Arrive.

I’d say no matter what you are looking for, a relaxing getaway, an exciting desert weekend this is the perfect location to make that happen. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks that we stayed and hope to return

Fantastic location!

Loved everything about the Lone Palm! The house and property were beautiful. The location was great, beautiful neighborhood to walk in and close to all the hikes and activities we had planned, as well as downtown Palm Springs. Tony, the property manager, gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions and was always there to help!

Lone Palm Review

Overall, a beautiful house with plenty of amenities. Tony was wonderful and the casita was fantastic. The home is located closer to downtown which is very convenient. During our stay, construction took place right next door, making it a bit noisy during the early morning hours. I would recommend disclosing this for future guests. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful House, Great Location

We had a family gathering at this house that was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the house, the pool, the restaurant around the corner (fabulous!) and the fantastic location with easy access to downtown Palm Springs. The house is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

Can’t beat the location

Perfect, convenient location. Large yard with great pool (the perfect temperature) and hot tub. I can’t say enough good things about the property manager Tony. Very friendly, helpful, super responsive and knowledgeable about the area.

Palm Springs Perfection

Exactly as pictured! Seamless process throughout. Excellent location close to town. My husband and I stayed in the main house and my mom in the casita... It was a fabulous set-up. Pool was gorgeous and warm. I highly recommend a stay here. My only complaint is that the length of our stay was far too short at 4 nights!

This is the place for you …

This is it! This is the place to experience the Palm Springs of yesteryear when it was THE place where the elite of Los Angeles would go for a winter get away. This house is beautiful old Spanish style with lots of period architectural detailing. Lovingly modernized it is both elegant, comfortable and convenient. Every amenity you could think to need is already there for you. The owners and local concierge couldn’t be more helpful and responsive. We were there for 2 1/2 weeks and honestly we were ready to stay 2 1/2 months. Indulge yourself and enjoy this fine property. I’m not going to run through a laundry list of the reasons to stay, the pictures and the location all speak for themselves.

A Perfect Choice

One Lone Palm was the perfect choice for our one-month stay in Palm Springs. The house is very comfortable, well furnished, and well located; the pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas are marvelous and well kept; and everything is organized to make a visitor’s stay easy. A much-better-than-average kitchen and washer/dryer, a very responsive caretaker (report of minor appliance malfunction had the repairman there the next day), and very clear directions for absolutely everything made it all simple. The neighborhood is peaceful, and having a great gastropub, coffee shop, and ice cream shop within a block’s walk is convenient. We stayed as a couple, but had visiting offspring on two weekends, so can attest to the comfort of the casita as well as the joy of the pool toys for children. An ideal place for an extended stay. We still miss sitting in the hot tub at night under the starry sky, watching the light of the tram moving up the distant mountain.

A perfect home providing a perfect vacation!

Our family had an exceptional vacation at this gorgeous home (it is even more beautiful than the pictures). We were grateful for the attentiveness of the property owners and manager, ensuring we had what we needed and all questions were answered. We loved the location, offering easy access to the airport, restaurants, and downtown. We can't wait to visit again!

Quick trip to Palm Springs for son’s golf tournament. House was perfect and pool was definitely needed in order to cool off 🔥 Location of house is convenient just a bit busy and loud at times due to close proximity to hotel and restaurant.

Lovely property, will stay again

Check in was easy, the property manager was very responsive with questions. It was very clean. The casita in the back is cute and my kids liked playing “house” and watching TV. The pool temp is adjustable which was nice. Everything was great. Thank you!

Complete serenity

Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, relaxing and comfortable. We all had our private space as well as communal space when we wanted to get together and chill. Pool and spa were clean and at perfect temp. Definitely saving this home for another visit. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice private getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Las Palmas. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and has a wonderful back yard with private pool, intimate hot tub, fire pit and several different sitting areas. The property is about half a block off a main road and between a restaurant and hotel, meaning there sometime is traffic noise. However, it also means it’s very easy to walk to several restaurants, not far from grocery and liquor stores, and an easy walk into Palm Springs. The master bed was very comfortable and we were never disturbed by noise at night. Everything was very clean. We did not use the casita but it looks wonderful and comfortable and would be an excellent place for another person or couple to stay and still allow each their own privacy. We had no problems during our stay and any communication with the property manager was quickly acknowledged.

Wonderful House

I hope to stay here again so I am reluctant to give an outstanding review but I have to. The house is just wonderful. Very accurate to the description but the pictures don't even begin to show how beautiful the back yard is. The kitchen pretty equipped. We also had a great!! experience with John, the property manager. All our needs were met. We walked to the two restaurants that we had made reservations. There is a big grocery store and gym one mile away but there are little stores within a block for 'stuff'. If you are a runner, the neighborhood is great to runaround. Good for families, couples, or a group of friends. I would recommend this house to anyone. And I better get first rights in the future!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

This house was the perfect home base for my family and me for my wedding weekend. Joshua was an incredible host, even texting me on the morning of my wedding to wish me well. Everything was beyond comfortable and spacious. We fired up the grill, spent the day by the pool and wished we could never leave. The house was perfect and I hope to go back again some day!

Nice Spanish colonial property in quiet neighbourhood, close to conveniences

We rented Lone Pine for its proximity to the venue for our daughter's wedding in the Las Palmas neighbourhood. This property backs onto the Arrive Hotel and deli, Cartel Coffee Shop and the Draftsman Restaurant. Rick's Desert Grill (a great breakfast place), a sushi bar and JJ's Mexican Restaurant are across the street. A convenience store and liquor and wine store are just north of Arrive. The house was a great place for family and friends to drop in. The Casita at the rear of the property offered privacy for one of our sons. The pool and spa, outdoor covered patio, gas firepit, and games area were great additions. The neighbourhood is one block from busy N. Palm Canyon Road, but very quiet. The property manager met us at check-in and walked us through the property - very helpful. So much to do and so much to see in Palm Springs, and Lone Palm is a great location for these adventures.

Fantastic property- made our trip unforgettable!

We absolutely loved this property!! The location is fantastic- we walked almost everywhere! If we weren’t able to walk, any destination was a short uber ride. The home was very safe and was in a really nice area. The home itself is gorgeous- tremendous detail and decor throughout the house and grounds. There were four of us in the home and had more than enough space! The outdoor area and pool is absolutely incredible. We spent all of our time outside in the pool and hot tub- which was heated! We truly felt like we were in a Palm Springs paradise and agreed that this home was better than any resort we could have found in the area. We hope Joshua continues to rent this property on VRBO- we want to return on our next trip to Palm Springs! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!

Wonderful Southwestern Living

Impressive, beautiful and secluded property right in the Center of Palm Springs. We spent a very happy time in gorgeous surroundings, comfortable beds, a well thought out and equipped kitchen and in front of numerous fireplaces both inside and out. The pool and hot tub we enjoyed thoroughly, both have a splendid filtering system as the water is crystal clear and has no hint of chlorine whatsoever. The separate casita for two offers extra privacy. We can highly recommend applying for a stay at this home, as the owner responded very quickly and the manager was doing a thorough job of explaining and showing everything to make us feel right at home. Next time we are in Palm Springs we will definitely try to book there again.

The Hollywood connection. A number of movies were shot on this property. Remember the final scene in "Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid?" That was shot here. In addition, the former Mayor of Palm Springs, Sonny Bono, held his election night party here along with a number of legendary Hollywood soirees. Rumor has it, Cher would kick-off each event by canon-balling off the Casita roof into the pool. Got to love Cher... Ok, I made up all that Hollywood stuff (Sonny Bono was the Mayor though). It's just a really cool house with a big pool area.
