Beautiful brand new, modern split level Beach house right behind the dunes at the quiet end of estate 1, just a short stroll over the dunes to Beach No.1 (Venus Bay’s only patrolled surf beach) and walking distance to shops, take-aways and pub. No need to drive.

- Open plan living with radiant wood heater for chilly nights and lots of atmosphere, heaps of books (German and English) and games
- Flat screen TV with region free BluRay player and WD TV media processor with USB hard drive port connectivity. Watch your own movies
- Kitchen with dishwasher, inductive cook top, microwave/Grill combo and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods
- Huge elevated deck with Webber BBQ, double hammock and dining area overlooking farm land and dunes. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and have roof protection from the afternoon heat
- 3 Bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Bed, 1 Bed with pull out bed)
- Built-in Robes in all Bedrooms
- Reverse cycle Heating/Cooling units in lounge and all bedrooms
- Master Bedroom with Ensuite including walk-in shower and 4-Person Infra Red Sauna
- Second Bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding Bath tub
- Laundry with European front loader washing machine, clothes dryer and outside clothes line
