Nuevo listado este año !!!! Condominio frente a la bahía con 4 dormitorios 3 baños completos ubicados en la comunidad privada de Shelter Harbor en el corazón de Beach Haven con 2 espacios de estacionamiento asignados.

Esta unidad de segundo y tercer piso ofrece vistas elevadas y sin obstrucciones de la bahía desde sus 2 cubiertas equipadas para su comodidad durante el café de la mañana o el atardecer de la tarde. El diseño abierto tiene una amplia cocina con barra de desayuno con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente y está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita, incluyendo una licuadora, cafetera, platos, vasos, cristalería, utensilios y más. También hay un gran comedor fuera de la cocina para acomodar a todos sus invitados.

La sala de estar también ofrece excelentes vistas de la bahía y tiene un gran cómodo alrededor de sofá, silla, mesa de café, TV grande y reproductor de DVD. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y tiene una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre a la terraza que ofrece una vista hacia el oeste de la bahía y el hermoso puerto de refugio de puestas de sol tiene para ofrecer.

El primero de los 4 dormitorios se encuentra justo al lado de la entrada y las escaleras al siguiente piso. Este amplio dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, mesa, mesita de noche, ventilador de techo y TV. También hay un baño completo al lado del dormitorio.

El segundo piso consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, las camas son de tamaño queen y las habitaciones tienen tocador, mesita de noche, ventiladores de techo. El dormitorio principal ofrece excelentes vistas de la bahía, mientras que la habitación de al lado ofrece una terraza privada con vistas a la bahía. La habitación de invitados delantera es espaciosa y ofrece una exposición oriental para los madrugadores.

Hay una parrilla en el área común y una piscina y un jacuzzi junto a la casa club. El horario de la piscina es de 10 am a 6 pm a partir del 22 de junio, aproximadamente, con el jacuzzi interior abierto en mayo.

También hay duchas exteriores para después de su viaje a la playa.

Proporcionamos almohadas y mantas. Ropa de cama y toallas NO se suministran.

Our family adored our time together in Beach Haven. The location is great, with easy access to anything you could want on LBI. The views of the bay and sunset are perfect. The space is clean, open and just right for an easy vacation.

Best place for LBI Fly!

We always enjoy this place for the kite festival and shellebration! Perfect location and view for the fireworks. Alas, none this year but we'll be back !

LBI Fly weekend in our favorite spot!

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and caught the fireworks from the balcony. Great spot in beach haven and a priceless sunset over the bay.

Local Summer

We enjoy taking advantage of the local summer (September) in LBI and there’s no better place than Brad‘s marina townhome. The sunsets and view were amazing and as advertised. Brad‘s home is impeccable and he is very accessible with any concerns. The location is exactly where you want to be with a short walk to the amusement park, brewery and many quaint shore shops. After watching the sunset from your private balcony, You can end your day with a round of miniature golf and a choice of ice cream shops just minutes from the Marina.

Beautiful home and great location!

Brad's home was easily one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The view of the bay, the short walk to the beach, the pool and all the walkable stores and restaurants are unbeatable! I would love to stay hear again in the near future.

Amazing

If you are looking for a beautiful, convenient location right on the bay, this property is for you. The property is beautiful and clean with every convenience you will need. The sunsets are spectacular. Brad, the owner, was readily available to answer any questions we had even on the 4th of July.

Nice condo overlooking the bay and marina.

very nice property - spacious for the 4 of us. Overlooks the marina and bay - we had front row seats for the fireworks after kite festival from the 2 balconies (one on each floor).

Brads beach house

We had an extraordinarily wonderful stay Brad is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The house is clean organized and extremely well-stocked you don’t need to bring anything but your personal property. Ladies the only thing you need is a hairdryer. LOL. I would highly recommend renting this property you will not be disappointed sunsets are amazing off both decks🏖

Summer's Last Hoorah

Thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend. Brad was gracious, available and helpful. When we showed up, he was waiting patiently and helped us lug our stuff into the unit. He didn't have to do that and we were very thankful.

Great family vacation spot!

We had a great experience with Brad and his condo. The place is in the best location on the island, and was super clean and convenient. He was super attentive and responsive about checking in/out and any questions we had during the week. I would highly recommend this place, and book again for my family. The pool was great, and everyone in the development was nice. One thing we usually like to do when we are at the beach is grill/eat outside at our house, and you can't really do that here, but only a small bleep in a perfect week away. Thanks Brad!

Terrific rental all around

This rental had everything we expected based on the listing details and more. We are a family of 5 and each of our 3 children brought a friend with them so there were 8 of us. The set up was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so everybody had their own space. The open layout of the kitchen/living room/dining room provided ample seating and more than enough space for all of us to hang out together. We were steps from the pool which was a bonus. Our children are 16, 21 and 22 so no problem at all walking to and from the beach a couple blocks away. We especially loved being right next to Bay Village and so many shops and ice cream places, mini golf, some restaurants etc and we walked everywhere back and forth multiple times a day. The view of the boats and sunsets every night right from our living room and decks were just unbelievably breathtaking. Lastly, Bradley Anderson made it so easy to communicate any time there was ever a question or a need and always went the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied from start to finish.

Best week ever with my family!

I rented Brad's beautiful home as a family getaway for my parents, my brother and his family, and my fiancé. We had an incredible week, and the location of this condo could not be more convenient to major attractions and activities in Beach Haven. My niece and nephew had the time of their lives; what a way for them to end the school year! Sunsets over the marina directly visible from our living room were among some of the most beautiful I have seen in my life. Thank you Brad! We will most definitely be back!

Nice roomy property great for families. Well equipped. Open floor plan for socializing. Superb views. Central location ideal for teens to explore in their own. Definitely would stay again. Owners responsive and helpful. Out long weekend was too short!

All I can say is amazing place to be in beach haven and the owner Mr Anderson was great.

The condo was very spacious and clean. In the 30+ years of coming to LBI , this was the best place my family and I have stayed at. The view of the bay with the boats was amazing. And seeing the two sea otters from the balcony right below us in the water was great. Mr Anderson and his family were very helpful every step of the way. Thank you again for opening up your home to us so we could have a great family vacation.
