Bienvenue Ă  Casa Denice!

Casa Denice a été récemment rénovée avec de nouveaux meubles et accessoires de cuisine! Cet élégant condo de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est parfait pour votre maison loin de chez vous! Casa Denice est située au dernier étage de son immeuble, sans voisin de mur commun de chaque cÎté, et est située dans le développement Portofino, à l'intérieur de Pedregal. Ils assurent une sécurité 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Le condo offre une chambre principale avec un lit King California et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La chambre d'hÎtes offre un lit King avec un grand placard. Il y a une grande salle de bain avec sÚche-cheveux. Il y a un placard avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Le salon offre un joli plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat intelligent de 49 pouces avec Netflix et Dish Mexico. Du salon / salle Ă  manger, vous trouverez une porte-fenĂȘtre qui mĂšne Ă  la terrasse privĂ©e, grande et isolĂ©e oĂč vous trouverez un barbecue pour ceux qui aiment griller et profiter de l'atmosphĂšre extĂ©rieure avec des meubles de patio confortables. Il y a une cuisine pleine grandeur avec tous les appareils, casseroles et poĂȘles et plats dont on aura besoin lors de la cuisson.

Casa Denice est certainement l'endroit parfait pour vos vacances à Cabo. Il est à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à 15 minutes de la plage de Medano, donc pas besoin de louer une voiture et il y a des taxis facilement disponibles si nécessaire. Si vous décidez de louer une voiture, nous mettons à votre disposition un garage fermé pour ranger votre véhicule.

Great Vacation

Overall, great location & views. Enjoyed staying there. Rodrigo was exceptional
.pleasant & easy to work with. Would recommend this condo. The only negative for me would be to have a TV in the bedroom. I enjoy late night movies.

Portofino Pedregal

This is a fabulous apartment with all you need for a comfortable and great holiday. The terrace was spacious to enjoy the sun, views and meals outside. The master had a very comfy bed and cool with air con and fans. The pool was lovely too. Any issues were quickly sorted. Short walk down to the town. A lovely place to enjoy Cabo.

Oasis in the city

Pedregal is an oasis in the city with great views of the marina in Cabo San Lucas. The Portofino condos had everything we needed and the management company was great about helping to get groceries delivered and we had access to a private garage for our rental car. Would highly recommend!

Great stay in the Pedregal

We had a great stay at this condo with its wonderful terrace and view. It was very clean, nice furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the pools and walked into town twice a day for coffee and meals. No need for a car, although we had one and enjoyed the beaches and nearby towns. At night it was fun to watch the fireworks on the nearby beaches, from the lovely terrace.

Great property

We enjoyed out stay. Location is great, close to everything. Beautiful view from the patio. I would give five stars but unfortunately there's a lot of construction going on around the building. Sometimes gets very loud. Most days we stayed on the patio only in the morning and spent the rest of the day exploring Cabo. It gets quieter after 5 pm and we spent some evening on the patio enjoying a drink and a view. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in Cabo. Fishing was great too.

Another fantastic stay!

This is the second time we stayed in this condo. It has had an update since our last stay. I loved the changes to the decor. It was so nice! It is a fantastic unit and is located so close to town yet allows for privacy at night. Yes, there is construction, but that is happening all around Cabo. Do not hesitate to book this condo. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful property. Easy walk to town, suggest Uber on way home. Slow to respond to a no hot water complaint. Came back from a beach day to a flooded bedroom. These things happen. Otherwise I would 100% come back. Thank You

I would definitely recommend this top floor unit

I would definitely recommend this top-floor corner unit in the secure gated community of Pedregal. The photos don't do this place justice. Our check-in experience was streamlined and very customer-friendly. Federico who checked us in and out went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one, he definitely deserves some recognition. We hope this unit is available when we visit Cabo next year.

Pedregal Condo

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed spending the day at the property sitting on the deck or going to the pools. Getting to down town is a short walk down the hill and a bit further to the marina. If you have mobility issues or self induced Margarita ones a cab ride is suggested to get back up the hill. We were very late getting to the property and Freddy patiently awaited our arrival.

Wonderful stay

Our stay in Portofino's town home was absolutely ideal. The unit boasts ample space, featuring two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a generously sized patio. It's conveniently situated away from the pool, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay, but still within close proximity in case you need to pop back for anything. We were thrilled to find the condo stocked with all the beach essentials, including four chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach day a breeze! The unit was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again!

Amazing place, great location.

The view is amazing from the patio. The place is beautiful, clean, and well kept grounds. Quiet and safe area. I just wish that, BEFORE I paid with my credit card, that they had told me about the construction immediately behind the house where a jack hammer was going all day long cutting into the rock to build another condo. This info may have swayed my decision to book here, had I know ahead of time. However, everything else about this place was absolutely perfect, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!

Home away from home

The property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was warm and close to our unit. We had the best sunrise views from our balcony and the master bedroom. Bed was comfy. Shower is huge. Plenty of in house amenities except for coffee, so bring your own. I loved the decor and especially the blue sofa! It was extra safe and nice and quiet. I would stay here again but possibly rent a car next time. Each cab ride was about $15 each way. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A great month!

My wife and I just stayed for a month at Casa Denice and had a great time. The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped. We really appreciated all the beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler). Pedregal is a beautiful neighborhood to explore and the beach and sunsets there are spectacular. Pablo (property manager) greeted us at the condo with cold Coronas and chips & salsa which was a very nice touch after a day of traveling. He was extremely helpful with advice on the surrounding area and anything that came up during our stay. Our only concern was that it was a bit noisy sitting out on the balcony at times but overall a great stay.

All about the view

Spectacular east view over the city to the ocean. Upscale neighborhood. Well maintained and renovated unit. Nice quiet complex with one of 2 pools heated. Garage. As in all Cabos, lots of construction traffic. Because of this, guest room is noisy, but master is fine. Federico, the agency man is helpful . Enjoyed our stay. Did I mentioned the view ?

Great location!

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law spend a very enjoyable 7 night stay. The pictures and description accurately describe the condo and its features. The location is very nice (we had a rental car but walking is possible); we enjoyed being up on a hill that removed us from the noise of the city and provided an amazing view. The balcony is fantastic and we used the BBQ a number of evenings! The beds are comfortable- the pillows rather thick though so you might want to bring your own one- if you can. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The appliances are excellent and the kitchen well equipped with good quality dishes, etc. Communication was quick and easy. Several people mention construction noise- we did not find this an issue other than the 7:30 arrival of workers- there is a caravan of vehicles which pass the building- but nothing disturbing! The one downside is that the back bedroom is very close to a road- we always use a white noise device so late night/early morning cars passing did not disturb us- you may want to consider this if you are a light sleeper. We would recommend this location!

A hidden gem. Unparalleled views on a hill above Cabo and just a 15 minute walk into town.

My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay in this fabulous condo. Located in the secure Pedegral neighborhood in the hills above Cabo, we had magnificent views of the entire city. And yet we could walk down into town in just 15-20 minutes. Clean and modern, the best part about this condo was the fabulous deck with it's panoramic views. We literally lived out on the deck. Just spectacular. It was so nice to eat breakfast and lunch out on the deck and then walk into town for dinner. We enjoy the fact that Cabo can get a little crazy so it was nice to walk into town, have dinner and some fun and then walk back to the serenity of this condo. We had the best of both worlds. The condo is on the 4th and top floor of this newer building and is an end unit so there was lots of privacy. We loved everything about this condo and will not hesitate to stay here on our next trip down to Cabo!
