About this property

Amazing Home, Great View, Close to Downtown, Pool, Luxury!

Casa de Suenos is our custom designed second home, located in Pedregal, Cabo's exclusive and gated neighborhood adjacent to downtown and the luxury marina district. Our home was built to our specifications and finished in February, 2010. It features 3600' of luxury tile, granite and custom interior design, including custom furniture and bedding.

Our 1,000 square foot patio features breathtaking views of the marina, ocean and Medano Beach and features a private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with a tv and gas fire pit.

The master bedroom is large and has a king bed, spacious master bathroom, balcony and stunning ocean and marina view.

Located on the same level as the master bedroom is a 2 queen bed suite. Two guest bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with a king bed and private bathrooms) are located on the pool level of the casa, along with the living room and spacious gourmet kitchen.

The expansive living and dining area feature a disappearing full-width glass door assembly, allowing unrestricted access to the outdoor living area, featuring the pool, spa, fire pit and BBQ -- all with a spectacular view of the marina and ocean.

Our home is conveniently located across the street from the tennis courts ($10/hour) and Pedregal's fantastic Bistro & Sushi Restaurant.

Other nearby Pedregal restaurants include the Beach Club at Capella Pedregal, Don Manuel's fine dining, El Farallon (specializing in seafood) and La Cima, located at the very top of Pedregal Mountain. Additionally, the incredible restaurants of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina area are just minutes away from our home.

Our home has satellite television, a local phone and encrypted wireless internet. As a bonus, we have installed an internet phone system with a USA phone number and unlimited incoming and outgoing phone calls to the USA. International calling (beyond USA) can be arranged, but is not included.

This villa is stunning! Every bedroom has a view. Water views from the pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen and living area are spacious and great for fun times with family and friends. Very close to marina and downtown but not walking distance due to the steep hills in the neighborhood. Property manager (Kristin B) was very knowledgeable but slow to respond. Deny on site was amazing. Will definitely consider this property next time when in Cabo.

This rental is located in Pedagrel, the nicest and most upscale area of Cabo. Great house with fantastic views of the beach. Loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Owner reaches out and property management is super easy to work with. All personnel they employ are great especially Deny. All activities they offer are easy to book and use. Recommend the breakfast and welcome service. Pickle ball was awesome to have across the street.

Sad to leave

On way home now and sad to leave. Location and views of marina were amazing. Pablo and Kristen took good care of us. Uber or taxi access to travel anywhere. Will add it to our “book again” travels.

We stayed at Casa de Suenos with friends and family to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The house is beautiful and is in a great location, close to downtown and the beach at Pedregal is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, everything was a 5!

The pictures don’t do it justice - beautiful!

We had a great family vacation. Close enough to town to walk, with a great view. The house is spacious, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Property managers were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed!

After a Crazy COVID-19 year, we celebrated by taking a family trip with our grown sons and their girlfriends! This house was the perfect setting! The views are amazing, the location is great and the house is awesome!

Cabo Thanksgiving

We couldn't be happier with our trip and stay in Casa De Suenos. The home was beautiful and very spacious for 4 couples. Pablo was very attentive from day one and answered any text we had throughout the week immediately. Our transportation and driver service was perfect and took the stress out of worring about getting 8 people to and from activities and dinners. The location was ideal located next to pickleball court and cafe. We ate breakfast every morning at the cafe and it was delicious. 10 out of 10 trip!!

Beautiful property and view

We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. It worked well for everyone from the children through the seniors. I would highly recommend requesting the pool be heated and pay for this luxury. It was worth every penny. We had a few minor hiccups, as with any property. They were addressed and taken care of promptly.

Best Bach!

We had the most amazing time at this house. We were all visiting from various places in the US and from the start, felt safe and comfortable as the host set us up with transportation from the airport, a private chef and a driver for the entire week. The house was clean, in a perfect location close to the marina and Cabo hot spots and had an amazing cafe just down the road! Cannot recommend this property enough!!

Welcome to our home away from home. We live in California and have been coming to Cabo San Lucas for 40 years so we finally decided to purchase a home here. We absolutely love everything about Cabo and spend a lot of time here. We have 5 kids from the ages of 13 to 33 and live a very active life. We are a very close family that loves all sports from surfing, golfing to hockey. We also love hanging out on the beach relaxing in the Cabo sun.

Why they chose this property

Cabo San Lucas has incredible weather, beaches, restaurants and activities. The golf is amazing and Cabo is conveniently located by direct flight from many cities in the USA. Cabo is on the Mountain time zone, which makes flights convenient and avoids jet-lag. Our home is located in secure, gated, quiet and exclusive Pedregal, just minutes from downtown and the marina.

What makes this property unique
