Dazzling Newly Renovated condo with superb amenities, a host of on-site amenities and activities, only 4 miles from Disney and 12 miles to Universal. This unit has been completely renovated as of November 2017 with brand new furniture, TVs and linens. Nicest unit at Fantasy World at the most affordable prices. This stunning Kissimmee Townhouse is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's Swimming pool, Golfing, tennis, Ping-Pong, batting Cage etc! Never a slow day here!

At the house: Dining area with table for 6 people. Private screened patio with seating and space for an outdoor dinner, lunch or breakfast just perfect for a get together with friends or family. Living room with 50 inch,32inch,32 inch,LED HDTV, HD cable TV Also a full size pulls out couch for your convenience. 2 comfortable bedrooms. All Bedrooms with LED HDTV, HD cable One bedroom with Brand New king size bed and the second bedroom with full-size beds (sleep 4). A "Pack N Play" is also available. 2 bathrooms. First-floor bathroom with shower and on the second-floor bathroom with bathtub. Laundry with washer and dryer. Free Parking included with your stay! The pool area is open from 9am to 11pm daily.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents.

Please note changes to your reservation may involve a penalty.


All other amenities will remain open, including the Oasis pool area, hot tubs, Tiki bar, gym, arcade room, and many others.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. On November 7 of 2025, our resort HOA announced that the main pool area (main pool deck, zero-entry pool, lazy river, splash pad, and waterslides) will be closed from Monday, January 5, 2026, through Thursday, February 5, 2026. We know these amenities are a highlight, and how disappointing this can be, especially if your plans included those amenities.

The good news: other facilities remain open as usual, including the main spas (located by the pool area) and the Oasis pool area (with its own spa). In addition, other resort amenities—such as sport courts, mini-golf, playground area, and more—will remain available during regular hours. Activities typically held at the main pool will be relocated to the Oasis pool area during the closure.

We have lowered our prices and are currently offering discounted rates due to this closure. If you booked your reservation after November 7, 2025, no further discounts or refunds will be available due to the pool closure.

Great activities for people of all ages. Lots of free crafts for kids. The pool was very fun and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The washer and dryer are small but did the job to wash a load of laundry. We loved the screened patio and that the pool towels were provided.

We stayed 3 nights and had two adult children with us. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect for our stay. Looks exactly like the pictures. The facilities there were wonderful! The kids loved the water slides, lazy river, pool and hot tub. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and all the parks was perfect. Communication was great as well! Thanks again!! I took my 3 kids to Disney for the first time. It is important to our family that the kids have room to roam and relax. This was a perfect spot for just that that also was affordable. The town home is updated and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was a great communicator. We were close to all the parks and restaurants too. The only downside is that the main pool was closed for annual maintenance which we didn’t know until we got there. Fortunately there is another pool onsite right next to our house. The kids enjoyed all the other activities onsite like tennis, batting cages, foos ball, and an arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property for those that want to be close to parks but also want to enjoy some downtime.

Great location

The ability to walk to the pool, restaurants, and the location to pick up necessities was perfect. The listing is as described and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The pool kept our kids busy all day- nice to have the lazy River and water slides. Very quiet location we were able to sleep in without being woken up by outside noice.

The small waterpark (pools, splash pad area, lazy river and water slide) were a HUGE hit! Also activities in the main clubhouse were good. The two bedroom townhouse was very clean. It was a bit smaller than the pictures suggested. It is not new. But good for us and we would rest again!

A Home with a Water park

This is the perfect place to stay while in Orlando. A nice 2 -story condo with screen-in patio and a water park! The water park and pools are open until 11:00 pm which is very nice! There are also 3 Jacuzzis/Hot Tubs, giant outdoor fireplace, mini golf, nice size lazy river, tennis and a batting cage! Had a great time ! Thanks!!

Great Location

We were in Orlando for Disney World and this was a good place to stay for that. The pool, on days we didn’t go to the parks, was a huge hit with the kids. We loved the lazy river and the water slides. The property itself, could use some updates which we already communicated with the property owner about. Overall it worked for our vacation and we had a wonderful time in Orlando.

Clean and Convenient Stay!

I have never had such attentive hosts with any property I have stayed at. Prior to arrival, during my stay and upon check out, all needs were attended to. This property is an exceptional value with a great location, amenities and price. The property was very clean and well kept. The basics needed for your stay were provided. Some reviews criticized the beds as being uncomfortable. Nothing could be further from the truth. The bedding was clean and high quality. The beds are soft, which some may not prefer, but are definitely not old or broken down. The resort was very nice with a great pool area, bar and arcade for the kids. The entire resort property was well kept and secured with on site security. This is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the Orlando area. We will definitely return in the future!
