Clean quiet house in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our week at this very nice home. It had a nice master bedroom with a very comfortable bed with TV in the room. Large comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood, very safe for long walks around the neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

The perfect Home away from Home

This home is the perfect home for anyone traveling and wanting a nice comfortable place to "put your feet up." Very nice neighborhood...home is very secure and the owner is very easy to get in touch with. "all the comforts of home!" Has everything you need.

Nice location

Location was exactly where we wanted it to be. We were very close to the activities of Tarpon Spring and Howard Park. The house is very nice but the trees that overhang the driveway shed a lot of debris. Wish we had access to park the car in the garage. All in all it was a great stay.

General

I think business success comes from knowing the truth. While this home fit our needs quite well, it place needs upkeep. The bathroom plumbing continuous runs unless corrected. The use of one ply toilet paper is cheap. I would pay $20.00 more for the week for two ply. The TV was a nightmare. Too many channels and specialty TV when as visitors only want news and sports. Most all else was fine and if considered good guest and wanted back we would consider.

Not what I expected but the price was fair

This was a nice house in a clean but crowded neighborhood with deed restrictions the owner controls the thermostat and will not allow it to be set below 76 degrees there was internet service but there was no local or live TV service no cable antenna only. The house was clean but not what I consider to be covid19 standards. I also was not able to bring a small john boat on my vacation because of the deed restrictions.

Nice clean spacious home. Very convenient, with all the comforts of home. The owner is very nice. The home is in a nice, pretty, quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner made the experience very pleasant. He was easy to work with. We had a very pleasant experience.
