¡Este magnífico apartamento de dos habitaciones con una litera / dos baños (para 9) está ubicado en la torre oeste en el tercer piso y justo en el Golfo de México! Toda la unidad está en mosaico. La suite principal tiene vista al Golfo de México con una cama King size y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, y la sala de literas tiene una litera completa / doble. El sofá en la sala de estar se abre en una cama de matrimonio. La cocina está totalmente equipada para su comodidad, y se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas de baño con lavadora y secadora. ¿Necesito vacaciones? Spring Break

The condo was clean and comfy! Beds were very comfortable. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the Navarre Pier is about a 5 minute walk. Having options for the pool and beach make it a perfect place for families. Wonderful stay, hope to do it again!

Best vacation ever.

There's no words to describe our Vacation, the rooms incredibly clean extremely comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean. We loved how close it was to the peir! We saw sharks, sting rays, barracudas, blow fish, all sorts of other fish. On days where the waves was to strong for the kids it was just a short stroll across the street to the bay and we was set! We had no complaints, about anything except that our vacation is over and we're headed home. We will most definitely be staying here again!

Great location, didn’t receive my text that the room was ready for us to check in or my door code until I called. The condo is big and spacious for families. Pool area is nice. Both toilets clogged and we had to plunge both and it wasn’t more than urine. Faucets could be updated and the tubs are very deep. Very hard to get in and out of for short people. The balcony furniture needs updated as it was chipped and old. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Overall it was nice and would stay again just small things could make it even better!

Condo was as listed. Very nicely decorated and stocked. Good location. Two things I didn’t love were having to log into a separate website for information and procedures. And the microwave didn’t work. Other than that it was a great stay.

2025 Spring Break

The unit was clean, exactly as described on the listing. The beds were comfortable, linens & starter paper products provided. Guest bath toilet was running constantly, but we did not take the time to report that. The unit itself was great, but I do wish Summer Wind would relax a little on the arm band regulation. The gentleman that stood at the boardwalk to the beach regulating that was rude & took his level of authority’ overboard.

Very convenient location. Loved the view from the 3rd floor!

Beach is beautiful! The only bad thing was one elevator was down, but we really didn’t have to wait too long for it any time we needed it!

Lack of pride in ownership at this rental

Bottom line up front: this condo needs some serious TLC and an owner who cares. Immediately upon arriving we noticed missing trim in two bedrooms, missing paint, a partially missing frame around the inside of the entry door, a broken dishwasher, an out of service trash compactor, and dirty floors. Mismatched light bulbs in several light fixtures, burnt out bulbs, clean sheets kept in trash bags, a missing mattress pad for the fold out sofa bed, and a lack of any type of “about the owner” and “welcome binder” of any kind were noticed shortly thereafter. On the upside, we contacted the property management company and they were friendly, professional and prompt. They immediately sent over someone to clean the floors, hand delivered a mattress pad, and the broken dishwasher was replaced within a few days. If not for the exceptional property management company, this would have been a complete bust. I would stay at this property again, but NOT this unit.

It wasn’t bad

Nice listing. There was work being done on the inside of the unit that wasn’t mentioned. Eyesores. Washing machine did not work. Front desk said no one could look at it until Monday. We checked out on Saturday so that didn’t help us at all. We couldn’t wash anything and had to purchase more swimwear because of it. All in all the unit wasn’t bad.

Loved our stay here. The condo was spacious enough for all of us to not feel so cramped. The resort property was nice although the hot tub was broken for our entire week. The beach was clean and property was maintained daily. Due to COVID we did not venture out to see anything nearby but had a great time and enjoyed the view.

Women's Getaway

Perfect spot for a women's getaway. The room was the perfect space for us, very roomy. Any questions we had the employees were very considerate in helping us have the best experience. Beach view was awesome morning, noon and night. Plan on renting again for next year!!!!!!!

Our rental policies, which are signed and returned by guests thereby accepting the rental terms, states our cancellation policy and strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance should an emergency arise. Navarre Beach was not under a mandatory evacuation, we were very lucky and had only a rain and wind event.

Wonderful and pleasant until reno next door

The condo was wonderful. Perfect for my mini family reunion. Plenty of space for each of our little families to spread out. The rooms were very sound proof inside during nap times. The view was amazing!! And we couldnt hear the pool people at all. The only negative was the tile reno next door at 6AM on a thursday....during June!!!
