You'll have breathtaking views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, wrap around balcony and bedroom suites from this fifteenth floor luxury end unit at The Pearl. Gulf front and Sound side bedroom suites have private balconies and water views. The Pearl of Navarre is a luxury high-rise condominium positioned in the heart of the small Navarre Beach Community. Overlooking the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely decorated home is furnished with a relaxed elegance in mind. Gorgeous, elegant furnishings with beautiful pictures and accessories are some of the amenities of this special condominium.

Rate includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, provided by Sunset Beach Service. This condo has been renovated to provide an open, extra spacious kitchen which flows into the dining and living areas.
The Pearl offers the finest accommodations along the pristine unspoiled beaches at Navarre. Take a dip in one of the two pools (one heated) surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax in the Hot Tub after a work out in the fitness center which overlooks the beach. You are only steps away from restaurants, golfing, sailing, boating, fishing, diving, shopping, and everything else this beautiful beach area has to offer.
This unit has 9 foot ceilings, 65" Flat screen HDTV, Stereo, and DVD player. Each bedroom has stereo speakers with separate volume control, Flat Screen TV and DVD. The Master bedroom and living room open onto the wrap around balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom includes a King Bed, huge Master bath with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi, shower and walk-in closet. The Sound side bedroom suite includes a Queen bed, Jacuzzi tub & shower, separate air conditioning and has it's own balcony with a beautiful view of Santa Rosa Sound. The middle bedroom has a full size bed and 2 twin beds + bath with tub & shower. Come on down and enjoy the comfort, elegance, and incredible views that this luxurious condominium has to offer.

Steve & Sheree Northrup own and manage unit 1506 at The Pearl. For the past 14 years we have lived here 7 months of the year, so this is not just a rental unit, it is our home. Since we live here we have many upgrades that you usually don't find in a typical rental unit. During those 7 months we spend much of our time making sure our home is ready for you to enjoy.
This year, 2024, we have had the entire unit re-painted and changed the decor to a coastal theme.

Navarre Beach is one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches in the world. Frommers top 10 best vacation spots and ranked in the top 10 beaches in the U.S.by Boston University. Quiet, family friendly and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located between Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach where you can find more restaurants, shopping and amusements.

What makes this property unique

The views from our unit are breathtaking. Whether it's watching boats and barges passing by, porpoises playing, schools of fish or stingrays, crystal white sand and emerald green water or incredible moon rises and spectacular sunsets , the view is always wonderful.
