Share meals at the grand dining table for twelve, perfect for big family dinners or festive celebrations.



For endless fun, the basement game room awaits with a pool table, a Mortal Kombat arcade with dozens of other classic games, a smart TV, and a comfy couch—an entertainment hub for kids and adults alike. Outside, the upper-level deck is perfect for grilling and gathering, with a dining table for six and comfortable seating for lounging with a drink in hand. On the lower patio, a private hot tub and additional seating create the ultimate space to unwind under the stars.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the basement game room.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• This home is a walk-in unit with a ramp available for guest convenience, 4 steps.

• Lot parking available for 4 vehicles on a first come, first serve basis.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.


• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is a sister unit to the unit next door, Pineapple Pointe. Larger parties are encouraged to rent the combined/parent unit (Pineapple Duo) for access to both homes.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you within 25 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
