The Space:

Step inside and immerse yourself in modern comforts and chic decor throughout. The expansive layout features two inviting living rooms, ideal for unwinding after exploring Branson's attractions. Whether you're lounging by the fireplace or enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen TV, relaxation comes effortlessly in this haven.



Release your competitive spirit in the dedicated game room, complete with various entertainment options for all ages. The fun never ends in this vibrant space! Make sure to pack your quarters to play the arcade games!



For culinary enthusiasts, the fully-equipped kitchen offers everything needed to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table for memorable feasts and share stories of your adventures in Branson.



When it's time to recharge, retreat to one of the six well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for optimal comfort. With plush bedding and ample storage space, a peaceful night's sleep is guaranteed.



Outside, bask in the sunshine and revel in the stunning lake views from your private patio or balcony. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or let the little ones splash around in the nearby splash pad. With access to the clubhouse, you'll have even more amenities at your fingertips.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including two outdoor pools just up the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail! We also have TWO KAYAKS at the home you all will be able to use during your stay (after signing a waiver).



The Neighborhood:

Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just up the street from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to late September). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!



For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! Access to TABLE ROCK LAKE is just 1/4 MILE DOWN THE STREET where you can enjoy the view or do some fishing! You will also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a large living area and another pool table!



Getting Around:

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!

If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!



NEEDING MORE SPACE??

We have several other homes in the neighborhood! Book more than one to accommodate your large group!



Primary guest minimum age must be 24 years old.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.



Interaction with Guests:

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
