10/10 but...only the bedroom has A/C. We stayed mid-October and it was over 80 degrees inside the unit everywhere but the bedroom. The balcony door has a screen but very little airflow comes through. Everything else was great. The provided beach chairs were great to have. Lae Nani Beach is just a very short walk away. Free parking was nice. This is a great spot to stay if you plan on exploring all sides of the island (which you should). We spent the majority of our time on either the north side or south side, so it was nice being in the middle. I highly recommend snorkeling at Poipu Beach and also going to Hanalei Bay. A Na Pali Coast boat tour is a must. The Jammin' Banana and Aloha Liege are great breakfast spots in Lihue. Taco Libre food truck in Koloa was incredible. Merriman's happy hour Mai Tais also a must.

This was the first time we stayed in a Verbo. It was better than we expected. Had a family death and had to leave 3 days early, they refunded me immediately. We will book the exact location if we come back to Kauai.

Enjoyable

The property was good. The dishwasher did not work, but that was ok. We were there when it was "chilly", it would have been nice to have a blanket. It is noisy, between the traffic and the ocean. Also, hints for beaches would have helped.

We loved the view from the lanai and the sounds of the crashing surf. The pool is delightful and the condo is a pleasant place to stay.

Awesome View

The property is a short drive from the airport with great views along the way. The views only get better when you look out the balcony. You could reach the ocean with a rock if you wanted to. Restaurants and shops are walking distance or a short car ride away.

Great view

Great view and beach access for sunbathing and snorkeling. Easy access to all locations on the island and good food near by. There was some road noise. We would stay at this location again. Mark the on site manager was very nice and very informative.

Very nice stay

Property could use some TLC, but overall pretty nice. Our only real complaint is the traffice noice. Major road that makes sleeping tough at times. The unit is centrally located to things to see and lanai view is awesome.

Quiet, Peaceful, Lovely

Enjoyed our stay 10/10. Great location to go both North or South shore if you want. Beautiful pool, very clean but no hot tub. There is some construction going on across the street that we could hear during one of our rest days during the week. It wasn't bad by any means, some road noise but also not bad at all. Zero noise from other guest, quiet location. The ocean waves are much louder crashing onto the coast you can hear throughout the condo when leaving the back doors open. I enjoyed the wave sounds very much. Other then that nothing but good things to say and would be very happy to stay here again.

Ok, but noisy

The pluses: location was by a swim fun beach with moderate waves; the kitchen was very well equipped, and it was a nice bonus to have so many cooking spices and oils; the balcony was wonderful with the views and the little side coffee bar. The minuses: tough place to sleep - as the noise from highway 56 was annoying, we never slept past 6:15 am; coffee pot was broke, with the only way to make coffee was manually inserting a knife into the filter holder to keep the flow of water going,; the TV cable remote was not functional - although the streaming devices worked; the electrical that controlled the bedroom and living room was cross wired - so when we turned on or off one room, the other room would also respond.

Beautiful ocean view to the east, busy road view and homeless on beach below

Overall we had an enjoyable visit. The gorgeous lanai sunrises could not be beat. The living furniture was comfortable as was the bed. I despise wicker couches! The unit had some updates but is in dire need of more. The new toilet wasn’t installed properly and the handle broke off. My husband is handy and fixed it promptly. Also the bedroom doorknob was falling off, again my husband fixed it. It’s like we never left home, he had his “honey-do” list. The lanai is oceanfront which makes for a beautiful view one way, just don’t look the other way or you view a busy road and the homeless on the beach below. The final night we were there we returned to our unit only to find our entry code didn’t work. We were locked out in our beach clothes. We immediately phoned Cindy with premier Kauai the property management on the “emergency” line and got no answer. We had a dinner reservation (it was our 20th wedding anniversary) and wanted to clean up. We ended up calling Cindy well over 10 times when she finally picked up and helped us get in. Unfortunately we missed our dinner reservation by then. Honestly, I was hoping for some sort of acknowledgement as when we booked the form had asked if this was a special occasion so I stated yes and explained. There wasn’t any sort of special note or welcome when we arrived. In comparison when we stayed in a condo in Kona, the owners had a note and a bottle of wine and coffee for us when we arrived and it wasn’t even a special occasion when we stayed there. It’s not expected but it sure is nice when owners appreciate your business. We booked the Kona condo 2 years in a row, not sure I would rebook this one. The actual location of the condo was wonderful as it was midway and a short drive to most attractions. The condo has mostly positives with some issues to consider when booking.

Paradise

This property was just as advertised in the paradise of Kauai. We felt we were very centrally located on the east side of the island, only 10 minutes from the airport and 30-45 minutes to the south and north shores. The condo felt super private and you wouldn't even know you had neighbors. The pool was amazing and so clean. We would definitely rent again!
