We had a great stay here. The host and property manager were very helpful and communicative. The house was in a great location, dog friendly (which we appreciated very much), the pool and hot tub were great to relax in as well.

The property is just as pictured—with the main living spaces looking out onto the beautiful, spacious, and private yard. The owner and hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Great location, too!

The perfect location for our stay in Palm Springs. We were close to downtown, hikes and everything we wanted to explore. The pool was a luxury during the extremely hot days. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, owner and concierge very communicative and appreciate the fact they sent a thorough list of places to eat and go. Would rent from again as house was well equipped with things we would use during the trip.

This is a very special home. The house was clean, the pool was well maintained. Best of all, a grape fruit tree in the back yard. I would recommend this property to anyone. I also want to mention how quiet it was.

Pool and hot tub were so clean and the hot tub was definitely warm enough. Everything was easy to use and this gave us the quintessential Palm Springs experience. Pool and back yard are STUNNING with a tall privacy hedge around the entire property

We had a really nice girls’ trip at Peri’s place! She was communicative from the beginning -sending us tips and great restaurant recommendations! Check in and out were seamless. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The location was central and felt close to great shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and hope to come back again next year!!

Host was very welcoming and helpful. House is iconic mid-century... Interior fixtures and furnishings created a cohesive design vibe. The backyard is fantastic! The landscaping, pool/spa, and patio all wonderful, beautifully designed and maintained. The yard is very private and relaxing. The neighboring homes and surrounding area is classic mid-century "Alexander".

James you are a rockstar of guests... Your flight was delayed and you stayed and got us through Hurricane Hillary. What homeowner could ask for more? You grabbed a broom to push away the rising waters... the broom broke... you Gorilla-taped it back together and went back out for more. Host and manager were very responsive and helpful. Pool and hot-tub were great and nicely heated to enjoy as temps cooled down. Didn’t have towels for 2 of 3 bedrooms and felt like cleanliness was lacking. Food left in fridge, dishes in dishwasher, sticky stain on counter and bedside tables undusted. It might be time to change over towels they clearly have been bleached but have a subtle odor possible just from age.

We have a new cleaning crew. They forgot to mention that there was food left from the last guest that you might want to use or they could throw away. They also overlooked the number of guests but they did bring the towels as soon as you let us know. I have made a checklist for them so that they do not overlook things like dishes in the dishwasher or the other things you mentioned. Next time, please let them or me know and they will return to take care of anything amiss. We have also ordered new towels based on your suggestion. Thanks and we apologize for this miss. We will do better next time you return.

The Perfect Family Getaway
