Wonderful beach house 50 meters from the sea in front of one of the walkways that connects the central beach of Garopaba. It has three suites, toilet, garage, gas central heating, barbecue, living room-kitchen equipped with television, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender, three fans. The house is very well ventilated because it is practically by the sea, fenced lawn courtyard. New property with modern look.

Ótimo imóvel, novíssimo! Excepcional localização!

Imóvel realmente novo, em excepcional localização, com todo o conforto necessário para desfrutar do que Garopaba tem de melhor: a praia de Morrinhos. A casa é naturalmente ventilada e ensolarada, com estrutura para proporcionar excelente conforto e privacidade à 6 pessoas. Este é daqueles imóveis que vale a pena indicar aos amigos!

Excelente estadia!

Estivemos na casa em fevereiro de 2018. Excelente casa, recém inaugurada, e muito bem equipada, espaçosa, e arejada. Zona tranquila e sem barulho. A proximidade da praia faz a diferença. Agradeço ao Beto Beto pela atenção durante a estadia. Recomendo.
