Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Before you leave: Please set the thermostat back to 76°F if you had it cooler.
Keys & Lockbox → Return keys to the lockbox and ensure the door is securely locked.
If convenient, please strip the beds you’ve used and leave the linens in the bedroom or laundry area. This helps our cleaning team, but it’s not required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our Stay was fantastic. The home is beautifully renovates, spotless, and very comfortablewith everything we needed already provided. We enjoyed the privae pool and the quiet neighborhood, yet the beach and Las Olas were just minutes away. Valerie was and excellent host, responsive, thoughtful and clearly experienced. We will be back.

We chose Riviera Isles for its unique blend of tranquility and convenience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and upscale, with palm-lined streets and waterfront views, yet it’s only a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Las Olas Boulevard and just across the bridge from the beach. We love being able to start the day with a stroll along the canals, bike to the ocean in minutes, or head out for dinner on Las Olas without needing a car. It truly feels like the best of Fort Lauderdale.
