Everyone loves this beautiful home in a private location in the middle moors surrounded by state forest yet close to town and Monomoy beach. Sleep like babies. Open floor plan, huge 1st floor master, Quaint quiet well kept neighborhood close to everything. Lovely outdoor spaces. Gorgeous walking paths and biking trails right off the road, 1.3 miles ( 5minute drive ) to town or bike to town or Sconset. This lovely well built home is bright light fresh open airy home in well kept neighborhood. Comfortable and beautifully furnished. Large living room, kitchen, dining and laundry area. Well stocked kitchen. Central Air-conditioning, 2 Decks one off master suite and one off dining area with outdoor shower, 4 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, all appliances, furnishings, large 1st floor master with sitting area and big gorgeous bathrooms. Central Air conditioning but open the windows and hear the birds and feel a beautiful breeze. Huge yard with privacy all around. Bike everywhere. Very quiet wooded safe neighborhood.
Cable, wifi, wireless and gas grill and patio lovely landscaping around yard. 1 mile to edge of town, beach & grocery store. Car is most convenient (call the steamship authority in late January)but Shuttle bus stop is just across the street from the neighborhood and bike trail is right next to it. Great for families, girls weekends, wedding attendees. You and your family will just LOVE it!

Nantucket

First time for us on Nantucket. Loved it! House was as advertised. Plenty of room. Our oldest and his wife have a 2 month old, they stayed in the downstairs master and had plenty of room. Living space and kitchen were great size. Kathy was very responsive pre trip and the one time we texted her while on island. Would definitely go back and rent this property.

Great, easy spot!

Great spot and central in Nantucket. Easy to get around. Great host communication. One room didn’t have A/C but wasn’t too bad with windows open and breeze. Would recommend!

Happy Place! Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Charming adorable Cottage. Pros- Light and open floor plan. Lovely furnishings and art. Great kitchen table and bar stools for breakfast. Very well equipped. Thank goodness for AC as we had a few pretty hot days but eves were awesome and eating dinner on patio while kids hung out in hammocks, played wiffle Ball and tag in Lovely green big yard. Biked to town playground and beach easily. Slept like logs. Cons-White sofa not ideal with 2 kids and a dog but we did our best and it was very pretty. Was a little worried about Tenant in adjoining basement apartment but clever landscaping and fencing so never saw him or heard him at all. 4 thumbs up from us. Would come back.

Awesome stay. Stunning walking trail. Fabulous restaurants.

We (3 couples) had a wonderful time in this lovely well equipped home. We arrived to flowers and champagne waiting for us in this beautiful home. The owners were so easy to work with and the location was perfect and easy to get to everything. We had a car but shuttle bus was right at entrance of lovely neighborhood. The house was freshly painted clean comfortable with new linens and bedspreads. Our favorites were Galley for sunset. Lola for late night sushi. Ice Rink Thai for take out. Guys Played golf and we shopped til we dropped. Something natural picnic was perfect for a rainy indoor picnic. Bring a sweater as the evenings were cool. We already booked last week in July to come back with the kids!!

We Always Dreamed of owning a property here and one day retiring in it 6 months a year. Our Children spent summer vacations here and we lived on island for 5 years.

Nantucket has the best beaches away from the crowds at Surfside and Jetties. The location is close to everything. Bright Home with lots of light, open floor plan and lovely large private yard close to everything and a breeze and sunsets every night. Cisco Brewery, Bartlett's Farm, Ladies Beach, School fields and playgrounds are all a short distance away. Lovely quiet well kept neighborhood.
