Cozy/Spacious House with Private Pool and Lake View

Beautiful 3 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms house with private pool located in Reserve Drive Towns Center Davenport Florida. This beautiful, gated community is located just off Ronald Reagan I-4 Highway. Disney World and other theme parks are just minutes away from the house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and gadgets to make preparing meals easy. The private south-facing swimming pool and game room is great way to relax after a busy day at the parks. Also, you can enjoy watching sunset while swimming and having a cool drink.

Bedrooms:

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door that leading outside to the pool deck area. Second bedroom is facing the front of the house and has an en-suite bathroom. Third bedroom is also facing the front of the house and has a bunk bed (full-size and twin-size bed). The bathroom is directly outside this room. Each room has a TV and cable.

Living Room:

The open space has two separate dining areas, which both overlook the pool deck. One of the dining tables is next to the sliding door leading out to the pool deck. The lounge area has large sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV.

Private Pool:

The pool is facing south and has a lake view. Also, the pool has a safety fence. If you need to heat the pool the fee is $25 per day. The pool takes 24 hours to be heated, so if you would like to heat the pool, please request pool heating before you arrive.

Just 4 minutes away in Champion Gate you find the nearest supermarket and restaurants and 7 minutes to Wal-Mart on Highway 27 and mall.

Love the gated community

Got to our house and was nice to have pool heat on. But the heated pool temp was NEVER the same. On the 80 degree day, the water wasn’t refreshing, it was too hot. And on days that it was cooler and you would like a heated pool it wasn’t at all. The review that was given in January, was spot on. Lights didn’t work well, no over head lighting on bedrooms, only lamp light. Would rent again, as we loved our private pool and what came with the house. Kids loved the pool table! Wish there was a lounge chair by the pool!! Thanks!

Chose this property based on reviews, WHAT!! If you enjoy a clean place to stay then keep looking. HALF the bulbs don’t work, most of the remotes don’t work ( bought are own batteries), no garbage bags, two squirts of dish soap, which fits the no clean theme! Half the window treatments don’t work. We’ve rented dozens of vrbo’s, this one ranks near the bottom. If you live like a pig, this ones for you.

This is all about not granting Cynthia late check out. She asked for early check in and I told her she could check in at 1pm which she did, that is 3 hours before the regular check in time. At the end of her stay she also requested late check out and I told her that was not possible. At no time during her stay did she complain of anything. Compared to the other reviews hers does not make any sense. One TV use 2 remote control one for the TV and another for the cable box. She is just bitter not getting a late check out. Her comments were, I chose this property based on reviews. Look at the other reviews and judge for yourself. She is just upset not getting late check out.

Home away from home, not so much

Renters beware! I a seasoned traveler, but I am also a VRBO host myself and I would never rent my place in the condition of this property. The positive is that we paid to warm the pool, and that was the best part of this rental. Most lighting is lamp light. The furniture is falling apart. One kitchen chair is actually taped together. Tables, nightstands and beds all squeak and sway with slightest touch. Mold in the shower. Window coverings are all dilapidated. Most everything in this rental is very outdated including appliances. After we could not cancel without losing our money, the check in instructions were sent that let us know we needed to supply our own toilet paper, soap, shampoo, garbage sacks, leave only one towel per person dirty, and leave the place tidy. Why are we paying a cleaning fee? Pretty much any of the little things that make your stay more comfortable you will need to supply yourself. None of this was spelled out before booking. There is a lot of potential for this place to be a super great place to stay if there was a little bit of money invested by the owner.

This review does not accurately reflects the home. The instructions clearly states that paper towels, soap toilet tissues are provided when the guest arrives. After the supply is finished, the guest provides replacement.

Perfect home for relaxing vacation

What can I say other then we had the most wonderful time at Janice's home. She was quick to respond to all questions before and after we arrived at the home. Also extremely accommodating when asked for early check in because we were coming from a cruise. It's exactly as described. Very quiet family neighbourhood , felt extremely safe. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our time in it. Didn't need it to be heated as it was over 85 degrees every day but that isn't normal for Florida in February based on the other times I've been. I would highly recommend this home to everyone as it's close to everything- Disney, grocery store,restaurants, shopping. Very easy to get around with car or Uber. Thank you again Janice!

Comfortable home in a clean and quiet well maintained gated community

I stayed for nine days with a total of six in our group, three adults and three children. The house was the perfect size for us. The house was very clean and comfortable; fully equipped with pots, pans dishes, cups, glasses, cooking utencils and silverware. Nice size pool. We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the house. It was our home away from home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location.

My overall experience was quite pleasant. The pictures online are exactly the same in person. I would choose this location again on our next visit. We had a family gathering in Kissimmee. There were a lot of attraction nearby.

Nice place to stay.

Really nice place to stay and very comfortable. The tile floors were a little slick when we first got there and had to be careful not to slip and fall. Could be the cleaning fluid that was used to clean the floors or just Florida humidity? Floor and carpet had some dirt that had to be vacuumed up. Had to empty the lint filter on the dryer prior to using as it was over full. A little more care from the cleaning crew might be helpful as the place itself was very nice. Outlet cover in the children's room was lying on the floor and will hopefully be fixed prior to anyone staying in that room. All in all we enjoyed staying at this location and it suited our needs perfectly. Would not hesitate staying here again!

Beautiful Vacation Home!

We loved staying at this beautiful vacation home! It had all the comforts of home. The home is spacious, welcoming and very clean. The beds are comfortable, plenty of bed linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked with both glass and plastic dinnerware (perfect for the pool area!). There were nice pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, plenty of kitchen utensils and silverware and even a colander! The bathrooms are clean and spacious. There are tv's in each bedroom, movies and books for your enjoyment and excellent wifi service. The pool is a wonderful treat after a long day out or just to relax in your own quiet space. The pool was very clean, well maintained and included an easy to use pool blanket to keep the pool water warm (it worked wonderfully!). The pool and lanai faced the pond with sun all day long-perfect for soaking up that glorious Florida sunshine! The pond view was soothing and various birds would visit throughout the day. The washer and dryer worked perfectly and was appreciated. The garage has a combination pool/ping pong/air hockey table which our children enjoyed very much. The home is situated in a nice gated community which was quiet and friendly. The home is near Publix, McDonalds, 7-Eleven, CVS right down the road and other well known restaurants and a Wal-Mart are just a little further from the home-short drive. Janice (homeowner) was so wonderful to work with. She answered questions right away with kind and thoughtful responses. This home provided a wonderful get away for us and we would not hesitate to stay in this home again. Thank you Janice for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we loved being there!

Perfect for a small family (or 2) to enjoy Orlando attractions!

Three adults and two small children (5 and 2) shared this house for a week stay and visit to the Disney parks. The parks are about 20-25 minutes away and not a problem at all to get to. My daughters loved the bunk bed and the princess alarm clock and the adults all appreciated having separate bathrooms in which to get ready. Utilized washer and dryer (very nice!). Wonderful property and stay!
