We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The villa had everything we needed and was as per the write up and photos. Communication in advance of the trip was excellent. When the pool gate closure broke the management company responded within an hour which was great service. The pool has a nice sized deck area. The only negative was that the pool netting had a few tears in it so the love bugs etc were able to get in easily which was a nuisance. We also had to top the pool up every 3 or 4 days as it must have a leak. Perfect for a quiet relaxing stay.

The house is the last one on the block with no houses across the street, none to one side and none immediately behind it. It is very quiet and peaceful.The management company and owner were very easy to get in touch with. Upon arrival I had an issue and couple of questions and all were resolved right away.

Wonderful

This is a beautiful property with the added perk of being at the end of the street, meaning there was no house on one side. There’s a short walking trail nearby and of course there’s that beautiful pool and spa. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Great location and close to parks!

I was looking for a quiet neighborhood for our family and it was perfect. We went to the parks a few days, drove to clearwater and enjoyed the house on our down days. The back porch and pool make the house. We brought our dog and there is an open area behind the house and a dog area to walk your dogs. Perfect! We had ants in the shower but owner said he was going to address. Super nice and easy to work with.

Not perfect

Overall the property very nice could use some updates very comfortable we had issues with insects in pool I believe it was the association trimming trees placed next to the house. Neighbors had a lot of cars but never was an issue just an eyesore. Although we requested spa heat it wasn’t turned on until the second to last day and even then was not at a high enough temperature.

Baby Crane

Outstanding vacation. Loved the end unit and privacy. Saw wild turkeys, bunny rabbits and a family of cranes! The house is laid out beautifully for families. Large kitchen. Pool and patio was very nice too! Plenty of parking even though we only had one car! My elderly parents were with me and one level is just right for elderly folks! I would rent this property again.
