Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put the keys back in the lock box at the front door, turn off AC, close all shutters and take trash out to the bins to road on the right hand side to the entrance of the compound.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a quiet compound and ask you to respect your neighbors with quiet times outside no later than 10pm, absolutely no parties.

Great place to stay . Amazing top floor bedroom with views of the ocean . The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and well appointed. The Garden Market at the bottom of the hill has everything you need concerning groceries, beer n wine . Lots of nice restaurants to walk to . I recommend staying here .

Check in was easy, all was well explained in messages prior to arrival. There was even a video to show how to use the entertainment system. The host as well as the housekeeper contacted us to make sure all was okay and that we had no problems. The home itself is in good condition and was as represented in the photos. The pool was clean and the kitchen was set up with all the necessary amenities. There were lots of towels for both home and beach use. The location had easy access to the main roads and there are a number of restaurants and beach bars all within walking distance. There was also ample parking at the unit, unlike the rest of the island.... LOL. Overall I felt this VRBO was good value for what we spent.
