Our stay was wonderful! The cabana is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable! It's very close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and all the sites in St. Augustine! The hosts communicate very well! I highly recommend staying here!

The interior of your condo was excellent. Everything is very very clean. The outside in the landscaping could use a little TLC but overall it was excellent. I think everything we needed was provided, except may be a dish towel or two. I’ll definitely to try and stay with you next time Maureen Saint Augustine. And thank you for all your quick responses to any questions we had.

The kitchen smalls were lacking. Coffee pot old and stained. Blender also old and part of a mini food processor which was difficult to work. 2 knives in poor condition. Don’t plan to do much cooking. No grill. They had lawn chairs but no low seat beach chairs. Overall the property was not as nice as the pics. It was a good location to the beach.

Tommaso is a wonderful host and the place is beautiful! Well stocked, modern, clean, and well maintained. It’s a quiet and peaceful townhouse tucked into a lovely neighborhood and close to the beach. My mom and I were in town for a family wedding at Vilano Beach Boat Club so this was a perfect location for us, and Tommaso was so responsive about anything we needed to be comfortable and checked in to send his regards for the family celebration. He communicated proactively today’s before I arrived to send in check in instructions that made the process seamless and easy the monent I pulled up. The yard was also fantastic, I brought my pup and booked specifically for location / yard for him to be able to run around safely. This was a great stay and I highly recommend enjoying this little oasis.

We stayed at this beachside property on June 27 and had a very enjoyable experience. The home was clean, modern, and comfortably accommodated our group of six. The updated kitchen and open living space made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together. Parking was limited. We had a small misunderstanding with a neighboring property about parking, but it was quickly resolved without any issues. The property manager provided clear, detailed instructions before our arrival, making check-in and our stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider booking this property again.
