Walk out your bedroom door directly to the beach! Or just lay in bed watching and listening to the waves. Upstairs, enjoy the unobstructed views of the vast ocean from the freshly renovated, comfy and cool living room. The island is just a few blocks wide here, so you can even view the blue waters of Bogue Sound from the recently renovated upstairs kitchen. This is your dream house right on the beach – not a condo complex – in an area of only single-family homes. You have a huge sundeck on the sand dune and a wide stretch of beach steps away. Duplex, 2 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms. Queen * Queen. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms including 43” Smart HDTV in living room with streaming apps (Netflix/Amazon/Hulu, etc.) and Sony sound bar that can connect to other personal devices. Wireless Internet access, remote control ceiling fans. Four private balconies on each side, large sundeck, enclosed hot/cold outside shower and dressing area. Rent both sides for the ultimate family vacation. No smoking. No pets.

This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season, year-round. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
