Located in the heart of Dublin’s sought-after Grand Canal Dock area, Hanover Wharf offers an exceptional accommodation option for large families or groups of professionals. Nestled in a district known for blending residential charm with a thriving business hub—often referred to as Dublin’s Silicon Docks—this spacious duplex apartment provides the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and style.
Designed with thoughtful separation of space, the living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the upper level, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the lower level, offering privacy and quiet for restful nights.
Grand Canal Dock is one of Dublin’s most dynamic and rapidly growing neighbourhoods. Since its development began in the early 2000s, the area has evolved into a vibrant destination filled with cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms, and entertainment venues. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: From 16:00 (early check-in available for a fee or by booking the night prior).
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM. Late check-outs available on request and subject to availability.
• ID Requirements: Valid government-issued ID must match the reservation name (passport, national ID, or driver's license).
Key Collection Instructions:
• Keys must be collected from our local office at Granby Place, Dublin 1. Once collected, we will provide directions to the apartment. Please share your approximate time of arrival in advance. Our office is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday–Sunday).
• Or for a faster, paper-free check-in, we will share our online check-in application prior to your arrival. Once completed (at least one day before arrival), you can conveniently collect the apartment keys from our Dublin 1 office.
Luggage Storage
• Complimentary luggage storage is available at the main office (Granby Place) for up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out. Longer storage will incur a charge of €10/day.
Booking Extensions
• Extensions are possible subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Extended nights may have different nightly rates from the original booking.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the apartment tidy and report any damages or issues immediately.
• No Smoking: Strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of €200 applies for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Gatherings of any kind are not permitted. A €200 fine and eviction without refund may be enforced.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly authorized in writing. Approved stays will require a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee.
• Lost Keys: A €200 fee will be charged for key replacement.
• Waste Disposal: Guests must dispose of waste properly using the correct recycling, general waste, and glass bins per instructions provided in the apartment.
• Energy Use: Utilities are included, but guests are asked to be mindful of usage and practice energy conservation where possible.
• We provide cutlery and cooking utensils, salt, but no oils and condiments.
Maintenance & Support
• Reporting Issues: Guests should report all maintenance concerns promptly. Issues will be triaged and resolved as quickly as possible based on priority.
• Complaints: Should be submitted in writing via email for documentation and timely resolution. If necessary, appropriate compensation may be offered.
Please note that temporary disruptions (e.g., power or water outages or construction noise) beyond our control are not grounds for a rate reduction unless negligence is proven.
Damage & Liability
• Definition of Damage: Includes any alteration or harm to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear—such as stains, broken appliances, wall damage, or unauthorized changes.
• Guest Responsibility: The guest is liable for any repair costs or income loss resulting from damage. This includes mattress damage due to staining or spills.
• Reporting: All damage must be reported as soon as observed, whether due to accident or gradual issues like mold or pet wear.

• Staff Access: Authorized personnel may enter the unit for cleaning, inspections, or repairs with prior notice unless there’s an emergency.
• Emergency Entry: Staff may access the unit without notice in urgent situations or when requested by authorities.
• Pets & Maintenance: If pets are approved, guests must ensure their cooperation during service visits, which may involve temporarily relocating the pet.
