Welcome to my home!
Our charming 120 sqm home is a gem in the heart of Raheny. It is central to the city centre and is close by St. Anne’s Park and North Bull Island, making it an ideal place to stay for a memorable Dublin experience.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming living space, perfect for relaxing. The living room has one sofa and one armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, as well as a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and another dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
There is a private garden accessible through the kitchen.
The first bedroom features a comfortable UK super king bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. The second bedroom features a UK king bed and the last bedroom features two UK single beds.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Raheny is a peaceful, leafy Dublin suburb with a village feel, close to St. Anne’s Park and the coastline for walks and nature. It offers cafés, shops and everyday amenities, plus easy access to the city via DART and bus. With a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, it balances calm residential living with quick connections to central Dublin.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Mayfield Park (Route 27A) is just a 3-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
