Imagine gazing across Puget Sound as the sun sets over the Olympic mountains. Enjoy a lazy morning sipping coffee nestled in bed as you watch ferry boats. Plenty of outdoor activities: launch your kayak or paddleboard from the beach 75 steps away, bike down Beach Drive, or catch dinner off Waterman Dock Fishing Pier a four minute walk away. End the day with a good book snuggled up in a recliner in front of the gas fireplace or in the upstairs office/meditation room.

Downstairs is zero entry access, ADA accessible with heated floors, separate kitchenette, full size refrigerator, full size W/D. Upstairs has full size sleeper sofa with additional 3 inch memory foam, half bath, quiet office area, covered deck with bistro set, and full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher. Kitchens are well stocked with everything you need except your food.

All utilities included: gas/electric/water/sewer/trash. 40 inch HD Roku TV with remote feature so it "folds away" up in the ceiling. Ample off-street parking for 2 cars. Towels, linens/bedding, kitchenware provided, coffee makers (Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker), Toasters, Ninja Blender, Foreman grill.
