Positioned on the Port Macquarie Canals this wonderful 3-bedroom waterfront holiday home is awaiting its next guests. The perfect ‘home away from home’, it features a large fully equipped kitchen that flows into a dining area with panoramic views of the canal. A spacious patio and very cozy living area offers a place to relax with a good book and a glass of wine. Or you could just sit on the pontoon, throw in a line, and take in the canal views. The property features 3 good sized bedrooms, all with built-ins (sleeps 6 - 1 x queen & 2 x doubles). Single bathroom with 2 separate toilets. Ducted air-conditioning, plantation shutters in the Lounge room and bedrooms including ceiling fans in all rooms. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven/cook top, fridge and ample bench top and cupboard space. Laundry with new washing machine and dryer. Large covered entertaining patio with gas BBQ. Single lockup garage/breezeway. Full access to the Hastings River with a drive-thru and boat-ramp to launch your own boat. Park it beside the brand-new jetty and pontoon. Ideal for your boating/fishing holiday. Plenty of off-street parking.

The house is in a fabulous location: a short drive to the Airport (1.6km), Settlement City Shopping Centre, Town Centre, restaurants, cafes, and beaches. The house is just across the road from Stuart Park Regional Sporting Precinct which includes walking tracks, playground, and the Port Macquarie Sports Stadium and Sideline Café. The West Port Tennis Club, Settlers Inn Hotel, Wave Bowl and The Terrace bar and Aldi are all within easy walking distance. Plenty of activity or just relax, this property has something for everyone.

Very very clean house. Well appointed. Great position. Fishing was good. The only issue we had was quite old tv (before HDMI) and use of it was tricky but otherwise great. Thank you.

The beds are comfy, ducted a/c fully equipped kitchen.We noticed that they installed brand new shutters throughout which is much better than the previous curtains. I think if they also replace just the carpet in the living area to tiles or floorboards it would really lift the property and make it look cleaner. Wiseberry staff are really nice and easy to deal with.

Reviewer Comments: Our time at Port Macquarie was made extra special because of staying at this beautiful holiday home that literally felt like home the minute with opened the front door! So many thoughtful touches and the communication around the does, don’ts and how to work everything was exceptional! The location was perfect, everywhere only took 10 mins to get to!! Our favourite thing was being able to walk straight out and fish off the jetty...highlight for our children. We would definitely come back and stay!

The views were so relaxing I was happy just sitting outside on the huge balcony for the whole week. Kids enjoyed fishing and the kayaking. The only thing I would say is to replace the carpet in lounge room and hallway to something more manageable like floorboards or tiles. Definitely recommend this place.

We love the new jetty. The kids love the place and are looking forward to next year. The real estate are awesome to deal with, the kids loved going to hydro golf the owners are amazing with the kids, the new chef at hibbards sports club is the best.

Week away in Port Macquarie

Had a lovely stay in beautiful Port Macquarie. Our accommodation was as advertised, no surprises. Beautiful view and spacious outdoor area. House was clean and well equipped kitchen. Real estate were great to deal with. Would recommend.

Lovely big back verandah to use for meals and to unwind.The house was clean on arrival. The photos online, however, were very deceiving-they look great online but not in reality. The bedrooms are dark and small. Only 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. 3rd bedroom had nothing. The air-conditioning struggled to cool down the house on hot days. The furnishings throughout the house were very outdated and old. The second toilet was in a small cupboard in the laundry.This rental property needs some TLC.

Favourite family holiday home in Port Macquarie

Our 3rd time staying at our favourite holiday home in port Macquarie. Has everything you need, enjoy all your meals on the perfect outdoor undercover area overlooking the amazing water views just perfect and plenty of room to launch our 14ft Stacer boat with this holiday home boasting its own boat ramp and private jetty right at your finger tips. Perfect for fishing, the kids loved swimming, using the kayaks and even feeding the birds and spotting fish right from the jetty. Plenty of parking, Wonderful neighbours very friendly and close to shops, beach, local tavern just a short walk, the best fishing spots within minutes and amazing views right at your back door. The minute we walk in we always feel relaxed and at home straight away. Very clean and tidy home. The kids had so much fun and had the best nights sleep, very comfortable family home. We couldn’t recommend this home away from home enough and have already booked our next stay.

The property could be a lot more if proper maintenance and renovations were applied both inside and outside.access to drive way regularly hindered by stadium people,Neighbour using your bins,old mates showing up to tend weeds etc! Family Holiday

Great location. The property is very tired and needs TLC. Online photos are better than the real thing. It could be a fantastic holiday rental just needs some love. But we love Port Macquarie and will return.

We find the home perfect for us as it is close to everything we want and the jetty is perfect for hubby to lounge room fish as he calls it.He always catches something which makes him happy. The home itself is a very well equipped home away from home as we find it very comfortable. Our only thing is the main bedroom is too light for us to sleep in so we sleep in the back bedroom which is darker for us. Thank you for having your home available for us to stay in, we will be back
