Appartement avec une belle terrasse est situé sur le toit de la rue Pražakova, à proximité de la gare routière et ferroviaire principale et à seulement 400 mètres du pont Triple.
Cet appartement moderne dispose de deux chambres, une avec un lit queen size (160 x 200 cm) et l'autre avec deux lits simples. Salle de bain a une baignoire avec douche, bidet, WC et une machine à laver.
Dans la pièce principale il y a un coin salon avec TV LCD et canapé, qui descend vers un lit (120 x 200 cm), un coin repas et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, tabourets de bar, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, four, petite cuisine appareils électroménagers, vaisselle et couverts. De la pièce principale il y a un accès à la terrasse où vous pouvez profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la ville.
L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec serviettes, linge de maison, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, TV LCD, télévision par câble, accès Internet haut débit avec et sans fil gratuit (Wi-Fi), climatisation.
L'appartement est au 11ème étage, mais dispose d'un accès par ascenseur au 10ème étage. Du 10ème étage, il y a quelques escaliers (12) menant au 11ème étage.
Il est possible d'utiliser un parking privé en face de l'immeuble, s'il y a de l'espace disponible. Sinon, les parkings publics ne sont qu'à quelques pas.

Excellent apartment near city center

Excellent apartment that is an easy walk to the city center. The patio was a nice feature, the bedrooms nice size and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. Uros was very kind and responsive and met us at the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay with our family of four. Short walk from bus/train station and easy walk to downtown. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big terrace on the 11th floor. Good communication with host.

Fantastic property

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It is close to the city centre and close to the train and bus station. It has a balcony and a good view of the city and was spacious and clean. Nika, who was there to meet us, was very helpful when I had a query soon after checking in. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Ljubljana.

Fabulous location in fabulous Ljubljana

Property in a brilliant location, v quick walk into the old town which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. Truly a fabulous, safe place to walk around. Miro the agent who checks you in could not have been more helpful. Apartment is great value and ideal. It is in a 1970s block though and the corridors etc all feel a bit dated and shabby. This isn't a problem, I mention it so that when you get there you're not put off as it is v different inside and, as I say, location is brilliant.

Outstanding Month-Long Stay in Ljubljana

Spent a month in Ljubljana with day trips around Slovenia. The apartment served as a great base. Terrace was fantastic. Comfortable bed. Bedroom had ample closet space. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space and storage, as well as good water pressure and hot water. Washing machine was helpful for our extended stay. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped (no microwave) and often used during our stay. Good location just outside the city center (easy walk). Would have rated this a 5-star but for a few minor issues. Sofa is worn and uncomfortable. TV needs to be replaced (wasn’t used much during our stay). Awkward placement of TV (had to sit at dining table, not sofa, to watch). Worn awning on terrace could be replaced or removed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Parfait pour un week-end entre potes

Idéalement placé, cet appartement au dernier étage d'un immeuble des années 70 est parfait pour un séjour entre potes ou pour une virée virée 2. C'est propre, bien équipé et la terrasse est un vrai plus (double terrasse, une orivative dans l'appartement et une commune sur les toits). Tout est proche (Ljubljana n'est pas très étendue) En quelques minutes vous êtes au cœur de la ville est à 2 pas de la gare si vous arrivez par le rail. Je vous recommande fortement cette location pour découvrir la quiétude et la douce Ljubljana

Great location, excellent host

Location was great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was a base location for us to do several day trips around the area, loved the ability to easily walk to all the sights and old town in the evenings. The only negative we experienced is the skylight in the main bedroom rattles even with a light wind. Earplugs didn’t even block out the sound of the banging / rattle. By the third night we gave up and move to the secondary room and slept in the twin beds.

Loved the 11th floor views and the proximity to places we wanted to go, like the river or castle or marvelous Tivoli Park. (It backs up against a forest with miles of trails.) We walked everywhere. Beds comfortable, terrace lovely and kitchen and bathroom modern. Took the offered driver service from airport and we’d say, do it. Driver was informative.

In the heart of Liubliana

the apartment is as it can be seen on the VRBO site. It has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. The most remarkable thing was the willingness and kindness of Milo who waited for us when we arrived from the Ljubljana bus station, he took our suitcases to the 11th floor and when we left, he arrived regularly to help us down to the ground floor. A gentleman!
