About the host
Hosted by Austyn Mazzola
We're a family who loves the outdoors—especially hiking, exploring rivers, and spending time in the mountains with our two young boys. Nature is where we feel most at home, and hosting gives us a chance to share that love of the outdoors with others. The skiing right at Loon Mountain is amazing, and there's no better place to enjoy all four seasons. Whether you're here to relax or head out on an adventure, we hope you’ll enjoy this beautiful area as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Nestled right by Loon Mountain, it’s a year-round playground—amazing skiing in the winter, and beautiful trails, rivers, and mountain views in the warmer months. We love how peaceful it is, yet still close to great restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities. It’s the kind of place where you can step outside and instantly feel connected to nature—and that’s something we truly value.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is its combination of comfort, location, and access to the outdoors. We're just steps from Loon Mountain, so whether you're here to ski, hike, or just take in the views, you're in the heart of it all. The space is cozy and family-friendly, with thoughtful touches to help guests feel right at home. We’ve created a place where you can unwind after a day of adventure, and we love being able to share that experience with others.
