Please all trash in the dumpsters located within the overflow parking lot.
Please turn off all lights, turn off the AC units if used, and set the propane heater to 60 (if between October and April). Turn off all other heat sources.
Please lock all 3 doors.

This was our first time staying in Lincoln, NH, and in a condo with our dog, rather than a house. The condo was very nice, clean, and stocked with all the essentials we needed and extras to make our stay easy. As someone who likes to cook/eat in, I really appreciated that there were spices and olive oil on hand. Our kids made frequent use of the pools and tennis courts. The property was peaceful and pretty, with plenty of routes to walk our dog. The location was perfect to enjoy hiking, golf, the Cog Railway, and zip-lining, among other activities, Austyn had been very pleasant and super responsive to questions I had before we arrived. Truly enjoyed our stay!
