Charming & Cozy 2BR Condo with AC & Loon Mtn Views

This cozy White Mountain condo features two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open living concept. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking Loon Mountain or cozy up on the sectional couch and read a book. Right across the Kanc from the base of Loon Mountain and minutes to endless restaurants, wineries, breweries, and all sorts of local attractions. Summer or winter, whenever you find yourself in Lincoln for, this place has it all for you!

As you enter the condo, you will have plenty of space to toss off your shoes and head up a few steps to the open concept living and dining room/kitchen and back deck facing the mountain. The living room has a gas fireplace, 55" Roku Smart TV and cozy couches. The dining room has seating for 6 as well. Downstairs brings you to the primary bedroom with a king bed (room is equipped with a 32” Roku Smart TV) and full bath, which has its own private deck attached as well. Laundry is also located downstairs. The second bedroom is located upstairs in a renovated (nearly enclosed) loft, there will be a twin bunk bed and queen bed, perfect for the kids or family!
**Please note, the top bunk has a weight capacity of 175 lbs. **

This condo also has access to the health club in the Village of Loon, which provides two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (three outside), sauna, exercise room and tennis court access. There is also a shuttle to Loon Mountain during the winter season on weekends and holidays.

Each room is equipped with NEW high power, energy efficient mini split AC/Heat units for your comfort.

Please note, this condo is a split level, there are stairs to enter the condo and navigate throughout. Smoking is also strictly prohibited and there is a no party policy, strictly enforced.

Beautiful condo that makes you feel right at home. Great location to access all the beautiful hikes and outdoor activities the white mountains have to offer. Home owners were wonderful from start to finish.

This is the 3rd year our family has stayed in a condo on Loon mountain and this was the nicest property we have found. The owners were very thoughtful and provided coffee and sweetener, and even laundry detergent! (Yes this made me very happy as I had spilled takeout all over myself on the drive to Lincoln.)

Good location and clean property

Can’t beat the location right outside of town and across the street from Loon. A nice, clean place but clearly very lived in. The complex pool and fitness center were in truly rough shape and we recommend avoiding both.

Overnight ski trip

Close to the mountain and town .Host was great with communication. Even had coffe bar and keurig for people who forgot to bring coffee.

Weekend ski trip

This house was great for a weekend ski trip for our family. We had plenty of space and a good family area to hang out. It was in a location we’ve stayed before and liked. Having that shuttle to/from the mountain is great.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, and the owners were great at communicating with any questions we had. The beds were super comfortable as well! The condo is so close to the trails and has beautiful scenery.

Great stay!

This condo across the street from Loon Mountain was perfectly located for a few days of skiing. The location was also convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Comfortable beds. We appreciated the owner checking in during our stay.

Perfect house for a friends weekend!

This is our third time staying at this house and we can’t recommend it more ! The communication with Tyler & Lydia is always so easy and thorough. The house is cute and cozy and has everything you could need. We’ll definitely continue to rent from them!

Wonderful clean, comfy condo close to hiking, biking, stream/rock climbing, great restaurants, and beautiful views! The pool area was fantastic… having both indoor and outdoor options for those rainy days! We highly recommend!

Great getaway.

The condo was clean and very quiet. It was located close to downtown and right on the Kangamagus Highway. We used the pool pass and there were no issues. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Ski Haven

Stayed with my wife, infant son, and a few friends. As close as you can get to the mountain without being on the mountain. Place was charming and clean. Host was very communicative answering questions and requests. Well stocked kitchen plenty of room for ski gear.

Pleasant accommodation

We stayed in the Loon Mountain accommodation for 3 days on a short visit to the White Mountains. The space was satisfactory for 2 people even though it sleeps 6. It would have been much more difficult with more than 2 as the only bathroom is in the master bedroom. The place was small, but clean and had all the necessary extras to make for a pleasant stay.

Cozy feeling in a beautiful location

The location is great and the property is warm and inviting. Lots of amenities to help getting settled in very easy. The internet was down when we got there so using the key pad was not an option. But the owners responded quickly and we were able to get in with an alternate option and we got the internet up and running shortly thereafter. We had a very enjoyable time in your beautiful location. Thanks!

Wonderful spot for a ski weekend!

We stayed here for several days between Christmas and New Years. It’s in a community ideally situated across the road from Loon Mountain, so was super convenient. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our 3 teenagers. We enjoyed dinners in and out. Our only complaint is that the listing indicates that there’s a 1 and a half bathrooms but there’s only 1 bathroom- no powder room. Other than that it was perfect!

Repeat booking!

Last October my fiancé and I stayed with friends at this condo. We loved it so much we got in touch to book for our wedding weekend. Tyler and Lydia put together a welcoming basket and a sweet card congratulating us on our wedding. It was extremely thoughtful and just the excitement we needed to start our wedding weekend! They are very easy to get ahold of and almost any questions you could have are answered in the instructions binder. We will definitely be booking with them again !!

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

Stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean, has all updated amenities and is nicely decorated. Beds are extremely comfortable, a/c units work great (it was hot during our stay), kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans plus anything else you need to cook. Location is great and the condo is very quiet. There is a small stream that runs behind the condo and it sounded wonderful while we were there to hear the running water. Perfect for a couple's weekend getaway or for a family visiting the area. We didn't try out the bunk bends. Property host is very responsive, checked in with us to see how our stay was going. I would definitely return and highly recommend this property.

Christmas at The Moose

Excellent condo for 4 adults and a child. Updated very comfortable and cozy. Roku TV and Fireplace were great! Beds and linens were excellent. Bathroom nice but very chilly even with heater in next bedroom. Kitchen amenities new and plentiful for cooking. Swim club helped with lack of snow and ice conditions at Loon mountain. Fitness center is horrible. Nothing worked. Outdated and nasty. We enjoyed our stay for Christmas 🎄

Great Location!

Loon Village is in a great location close to restaurants, amusement parks (Clark’s, Whales Tales), hiking trails, rivers etc. the unit has everything we wanted for a week away from home. Central Air (AC mini splits), washer and dryer in unit, nice big TV in living room, kitchen with enough items to cook meals vs eating out daily. Thr main building where the pools are located are great! 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. . Plus 4 hot tubs! The owners Tayler and Lydia are very responsive and ensured a smooth checkin process and had all the details provided and also included in a binder on the dining room table. They take care of their unit as the decor is perfect for a mountain getaway and comfortable couches and beds. I would recommend their unit to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot for summer and I’m sure winter is great as Loon mountain is right across the street.

Unlike a lot of properties in the area, we try to update everything as much as we can to keep up with the times instead of making you step into a time warp. All our finishes and furnishings are thought out to match the mountain vibe but also have a little taste of modern in it.
