Cozy

We loved this place! Everything went smooth from the beginning with making the reservation and we received timely updates right through check out time. The place is decorated very cute and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and alternative to the only hotel on Folly.

Room and location was perfect. Parking was weird. Too many others parked everywhere. Could not get into reserved spots without spending time zig zagging to get into the spot.

Nice apartment, but located in a super noisy area especially Friday/Saturday nights. The entire area around the place was ripped up and under construction. Anywhere we went outside to eat we listened to construction staff cutting concrete. Not a great time.

Stay was great! Only complaint would be the lack of laundry as communication from the host included to put dirty beach towels in laundry but there was none

Thanks for the feedback. We do launder the beach towels in this home as there is no washer/dryer. That is a standard message. Apologies for the confusion.

Location Good or Not! It was great being able to walk 1 block to the beach and close to places to eat BUT we discovered that on Fridays and Saturdays the restaurant across the parking lot plays thumping DJ music til 11pm at least. If you're a night owl and like to party this probably won't bother you. Just be aware. The hosts have no control over this, just unfortunate to have to deal with loud music. The accommodations were very nice and suited our needs. We were able to cook breakfast very easily which was a plus. We would stay there again, just during the week.
