The Space:

An unforgettable riverfront adventure awaits at this two-story condo! This well-equipped retreat is located only a mile away from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier, and one of the public beach accesses. Downtown is packed with great dining options and coffee shops. Experience the waters from another point of view by booking a kayak or canoe tour at Flipper Finders Boat & Sea Kayak Tours. Fishers can book a fishing excursion at Tight Line Outfitters (a half mile away) or just visit the local pier.



The first floor of the condo offers a beautiful open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. Kick your feet up and rest in the sunny living area, which boasts a large TV, a fireplace, and comfy furniture, creating a wonderful spot to unwind with your loved ones. Prepare mouth-watering meals or snacks in the well-appointed kitchen that you can later enjoy either at the dining table or on the balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor dining area facing the river. When mealtime is over, put on your favorite swimming suit and head over to the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash. The second floor features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have TVs and only the primary bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the river. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and a wet bar.

Very clean property, with plenty amenities. Our stay was excellent. Quiet property and would definitely rent again. Only drawback was the bed was a bit stiff and hard. Very close to the beach.

Nice stay - great location - close to the beach and enjoyed the wildlife and boats while sitting on the covered porch. Unit could use an upgrade in second bathroom upstairs. Quality cleaning and terrific, timely communication from everyone prior to our stay!

Beautiful view of the river, nice home away from home!

Close to Folly Beach and short drive into Charleston. Nice touch of personal amenities in the bathroom and kitchen on arrival. 2 screened in balconies are relaxing to sit on in the morning and evening and look over the river with. Downstairs guest bathroom is really convenient. Close walk to the pool and there is plenty of loungers there. Parking spot right out front. Bedrooms are spacious, comfy, and lots of storage.

Great location on the river. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Easy walk over the bridge to town with shops, restaurants and the beach. Comfortable furnishings though sofa and primary bedroom mattress could use updates. Easy drive into Charleston and Mt Pleasant for activities, museums, plantations,boat excursions, and all the history Charleston has to offer. Would stay here again. Vacasa was wonderful to work with; great and quick communication regarding questions and concerns. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay. The condo was easy to find, right across from the pool which was large and never crowded. Loved the double porches and saw multiple dolphins every day! Downside: the living room furniture was extremely worn out. We had chose that specific unit for the extra sleeping room with the pull out couch. All of the living room seating needs replaced. Other than that,we had a great time!

Good location, unit needs updating

The place was clean and close to anything you want to do in Charleston or folly beach. The living room furniture was probably the most uncomfortable furniture we had ever sat on. It seems as though they updated some of the unit then quit. The guest bath upstairs was very outdated and needed a paint job. Overall, the stay was fine for the amount we paid.

While the property itself was very nice, the cleaners did not do the best job when they came and cleaned. There were children's puffs in the couch cushions and under the chair cushion. When we opened the couch and loveseat to sleep on, more crumbs fell out of the couch and loveseat. The bedrooms were exactly like pictured, the bathrooms were clean and stocked with tolietries and toilet paper. There were plenty of bathroom towels and a nice hair dryer. We could have used another roll of paper towels, as only one roll was left, two would have been better. The view from the balconies was wonderful and the sunroom was great, although we couldn't use it because of the thunderstorms, but the view of the bay was amazing.

Needs some updates

This location was beautiful. However. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Very worn! And since we were 50+ adults, the VERY LOW toilets were difficult to use. They would be great for kids. Kitchen small but very well stocked. We would not stay here again because of furniture and toilets.

Nice location/view but needs updates/cleaning

Loved view of river and seeing dolphins every day. Nice location with short walk to beach. Amenities and clenliness was big issue for us. We had to clean floors and toilets when we arrived. Floors left feet and socks black until we scrubbed entire floor. Our refrigerator didnt work our entire stay. They did reimburse us for lost food but was a pain living off ice bags and out of coolers for our stay. We are a middle class family that saves for a family vacation. This was more expensive than most of our previous rentals and we expected more and were disappointed.

Location was excellent to commute to Charleston or Folley Beach. House was clean and well maintained. The listing said it sleeps 6 however that is not the case. The pullout couch is hardly sufficient. Furniture was very used and broken down. Some simple replacements would be very helpful. Sleeping a week on a broken couch was disappointing.
