Gorgeous lake views from every room! Large expansive property right on the open water.3/4 acre at the end of a culdesac with your own private dock, boat ramp and beach. Newly decorated beach house with 4 bedrooms , comfortable beds and bedding and lots of nice beach towels! Split bedroom floor plan gives privacy with 2 full bathrooms…perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy breakfast on the lakeside deck and dinner in the cozy nook watching the moonlight sparkle on the water. Lots of amenities including kayaks, floating tubes, swim vests, sun lounger, fireplace and fire pit. A complete coffee bar with ground coffee and also pods with sugar, truvia, creamer and teas. A full laundryroom available for longer stays. Enjoy all that Granbury has to offer at every season of the year! Just a few minutes into Granbury for a vast array of restaurants, shopping and theatre. Our goal is to provide our guests with an extraordinary retreat like experience!

This property has a great dock which made the fishing enjoyable for all of us. It’s a good cove and a pretty view. There are lots of blow ups for floating and we enjoyed the party lights. Our 3 and 8 year olds loved the aquarium. I enjoyed the cute decor the great lightning in 2nd bathroom. Having a garbage disposal would have made cooking a lot easier for us although the kitchen was fully equipped. A covered patio would enhance the outdoor space but the tree helps at certain times during the day. There seemed to be a slight odor that smelled like cigarettes to me but no one else has mentioned this in any of the reviews so maybe my nose is just super sensitive. The host was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect mini get away! Just over an hour away from town, close enough to grocery stores, restaurants etc yet secluded enough to get to relax and unwind!

Everyone had such an amazing time. The breeze off the lake was perfect and helped everyone stay cool. The house is gorgeous. I was in love with the beautiful resin counter in the bathroom.

Graduation Party

We enjoyed our time as a family at the house. It was the prefect spot for a graduation party, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and cooking out. I would highly recommend this house.
