Potter Cottage - Beautiful Serene Setting

The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was been completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! The home has three bedrooms, three full baths, the basement also has two sets of bunk beds, a media area, and Queen Murphy Bed to accommodate the entire family. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views from the two decks this home has to offer!

There are two rooms on the main floor with Two Queen beds in Each. There is a primary bedroom on the upper floor with a King bed, crib, and en suite bathroom. There are two sets of bunk beds and a Queen murphy bed in the basement with a full bath.

Guests will access the property with a keypad combination lock

We will give you your privacy, but if a problem arrises, we will be there quickly to handle it.

The two car garage has been converted into a recreational room with a ping pong table, pool table, poker table and TV.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is a beautiful property! Very modern and luxurious, lots of extra details from the owners! Love sitting on the porch, fishing in the lake, and playing in the game room! Right down the street from Holiday Road, was a great location! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing property and perfect for any family. We have kids of all ages from 4 to 13 and all of them had such a good time. Very close to all kinds of activities and amenities yet far enough away to feel as though you have some peace and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to the opportunity to make our way back to this location.

Potter's Cottage was a great place to stay!! Everything was just as expected when we arrived. The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and is a great set up! The game room is a fun bonus. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the property. Also, great communication from the hosts and a very convenient location to Holiday World/Splashin' Safari!!

Perfect for three families to share. We had a blast at holiday world and splashin safari. The drone show is a must! The amenities, hospitality and convenience make this one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back!

The Potter Cottage was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all of us. The property was clean upon arrival; the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Plenty of towels. Host Emily was very quick to respond to all questions. Check in and check out process was smooth. The catch and release pond had hungry fish and we all enjoyed the games in the garage area. Would highly recommend!

We loved this property. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were many charging stations, sufficient streaming options, and close to Holiday World. We loved the play room and took advantage of fishing in the pond. We can’t wait to go back next year and hope this property is available for us to use again!!

10/10 recommend! A group of us stayed at The Potter Cottage this weekend and we will absolutely be back! We came to take all our kids to Holiday World and it was only about a 5 minute drive from the cottage to the park. There was so much to do at the cottage itself: fishing, tetherball, pool table, ping pong, cards and more. The cottage was incredibly clean, the beds were comfy and there was truly everything you needed there for you already. Everyone was so impressed. Definitely check it out if you have a big group going to Holiday World!

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Holiday World. It really was 5 minutes away from the park. So clean with lots of sleeping options. Love the huge dining table . So many options for entertaining the kids or relaxing. My husband caught a 8" bass on first cast. Only improvement would be a swing or two for the younger children. We did have a quirky electrical issue while there but Emily answered my text promptly at 11pm. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house is amazing. We have stayed here several times. Emily Thank You for responding so quickly when I texted or called. We are going to try and get the house fir next year. Convenient and beautiful location very close to Holiday World, Lincoln State Park, and St. Meinrad’s. The house is clean and spacious with charmingly decorated interior. Our children loved exploring the pond, which was teeming with cute turtles and birds. The home is just off a main road but set back enough to be very peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, too. When we were stuck indoors, the activity room provided hours of entertainment! 100% recommended.
