The main bedroom offers a queen bed, and the den is furnished with another queen bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware for easy meals. Building amenities include sunrise and sunset pools, a yoga garden, a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness center, racquetball court, theater, sun decks, business center, and eco-friendly gardens. One parking space is included, with a second available for $35. Please note: the den is not a formal bedroom (no door). This property requires condominium association approval with a $150 fee per adult/married couple; approval takes a minimum of 3 business days. Our team assists with the process to keep it simple and seamless.
